Feels solid and looks fantastic, and a match for my new Kraus stainless steel sink. I swapped the hot and cold lines, it feels more natural to have the knob where hot is up and pulling towards you is cold. The faucet default is the opposite as you can tell from the color coded steel water lines - but they are definitely swappable so it is up to you. I leave it up a majority of the time as I wash with hot water which feels like a more default position anyways for a faucet you are washing things with and I have a separate water dispenser on the sink for drinking anyways. My only complaint - which isn't necessarily about the faucet - is the counter weight under the sink on the faucet line. When you pull down the faucet when you let go it gets pulled back up by the weight. The issue with this is my water line output is directly where the counter weight settles is so it often got jammed against it. I mostly solved this by taking a cardboard box, cutting it into a V-shape and taped it under the sink around the weight - giving it a chamber to move freely up and down in sliding against the cardboard. Looks a bit weird under the sink (but who cares) and moves freely now. This is more a problem with my water line placement but something to think about when you purchase this.

For a faucet, i love the touchless sensor. it looks good. It works well. I've only had it a couple of months so I can't speak to quality, but I think the brand, Kraus, is pretty good quality and this particular faucet is worth the money in my mind.

Because of the price, I was worried that the quality would't be there. We went ahead with it, because we're hoping to renovate the kitchen eventually ... if we love the faucet, we'll keep it. If not, it will tide us over. Happily, it has been impressive so far. I'll update if anything changes. The design is thoughtful; the build quality is solid; the temperature cartridge seems as good as any; the finish is perfect. And, unlike some faucets, it was designed to be very easy to install. The mounting nut is solid brass, and has a couple of screws that let you do the final tightening with a screwdriver—something you can easily fit into the tight space between the underside of the sink and the wall. The hoses and connectors seem like good quality. I like to spend as little time as possible crawling around under a sink, and Kraus has made my life easier than they might have. The hose extension works smoothly. The spray button is designed to reset on its own to regular flow. A nice touch. My only complaint is that the spray head itself is made out of plastic, not the confidence-inspiring plated brass of the rest of the faucet. But it's good quality plastic (ABS) that probably won't break. And Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability, so if something breaks you should be ok. Finally, it looks great. Like a classy version of the sprayer you'd use to powerwash a mountain of pans in the dungeon a of restaurant. I realize this is not everyone's esthetic, but it works for me.

We really like the look of this faucet. We are DIY noobs, and found it pretty easy to install. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. We also bought the matching deck plate. A few complaints: 1. The extendable nozzle appears to be made of plastic; a little worried the finish will rub off over time 2. The touchless sensor is hit or miss; we've only had it a month and already had to change the batteries - we rechecked all of the connections and they seem fine 3. I cannot for the life of me find the optional AC adapter for sale anywhere 4. The counterweight fell off once - this may be user error I'm not sure this faucet is worth $250, but it's pretty nice compared to what we had before.

The product feels substantial and is easy to install. The nozzle is plastic. The WORST part of this purchase is registering on their website. The Brushed Brass isn’t recognized. I had great success texting them the Model number and Batch number. If you buy this, get the Batch number and model numbers from the box (photo) and all order info. They will take care of you.

The rubber gasket that goes between the faucet and the sink was mis-shaped, and somewhat distorted. We used it anyway, but someone boxing the unit for shipment doesn't give a damn and just let it go. However I do like the unit.

Replaced a Moen from 2008 that I could not get a replacement part, as you can see it had 4 separate accessories, most new Faucets do not, this replacement had the most reviews with 4+ stars. Very easy to install and reasonable priced, my wife loves it, I also purchased caps for the unused holes.
