    • Noxious smell from the carry bag.
Unfortunately, I really dislike off-gassing from fabrics and man made chemical fragrances. Not sure why the material had such a strong, offensive smell, but I was nearly knocked over by it when I opened the bag the sticks arrived in. I threw away the silky feeling, drawstring bag. Put the sticks in a ziploc bag with baking soda. If they still smell in April when my drum circle begins, I will not be giving them to children to bang together. Too much environmental cost to send them back. Disappointing. I loved the sound they make. Pleasant. Not ear piercing. Time will tell if they ever get used. ... show more
