The metal attachment did not have holes to attach and only had the groove to maybe put a hole in the electric car and then use a bolt and nut. I'm not going to do this because the flag is unusable. The flag itself comes wrapped around the pole so that it is impossible to get it to lay flat. It just curls back around the pole. It is very, VERY cheap and I could buy material and do it myself, I guess. I guess for 9.00 it's not even worth sending back. I will probably throw it away. Not kidding, that's how awful it is. If there were negative marks, I would give it a zero since I can't use it. ... show more
