The media could not be loaded. When this bike arrived, I was super excited. I got my daughter this as one of her birthday gifts to replace her old tiny princess bike and am so happy I went with a BMX bike. After searching for what seems like forever, I came across this one and from what I read I knew it would be perfect. I was skeptical and afraid it was too good to be true but am happy to report this bike is as good as people claim. So far, my daughter has been thrilled to death with it and really enjoys riding it. It’s a pretty, all-around good quality bicycle. It’s a light pink color that is simply gorgeous and is the perfect height for my little princess. I ordered the 16” tires and it screams big girl and is just what she needed. The frame is heavy duty and much thicker than I thought it would be. In comparison to her old bike, this one is better built and a lot safer. It’s one piece making it super easy to put together. It’s lightweight and very comfortable to ride; all in which are a must. It’s very sturdy and easy to control. It has wide, thick tires so the bike rides nice and smooth. She easily can go over bumps making it good for dirt rides through the woods. It has training wheels that are super easy to adjust and work great. There aren’t any funky noises or wiggling. Most importantly, the break-system is the best. It has a dual-break system making stops simple and smooth. As much as I like the bike, I do have a few complaints. Firstly, I will warn that it doesn't have a kick-stand. My daughter still needs the training wheels so this hasn’t really been an issue for me but may be an issue once I remove them. Another concern I have is that the pedals do not have bearings. While this isn't an issue now, I am concerned that they will quickly wear out, but only time will tell. I will update as time goes by. Overall, I would recommend this bike. This bike was so easy to put together the only thing I had to do was put the handlebars on I use different training wheels cuz I bought some special ones nothing wrong with the ones they had just I wanted more of a special one like with lights and I had no issue attaching different ones to this bike I had to put the pedals on it was really easy compared to another bike we had to put together but the wheels are already on really simple when my grandson wrote it he caught on immediately how to Pedal the whole reason behind this by was because it does not have coaster brakes it has hand brakes so when he was peddling he was peddling backwards but caught on to Pedal forward was amazing absolutely amazing he caught on to Pedal in 30 minutes no joke very worth the purchase I cannot believe he is pedaling I'm so proud of him if I could give more stars I would ... show more

I don’t give negative reviews based off of shipping damage but this bike literally had no packaging. The rear brake lever broke during shipping, there was no way to get a replacement other than replacing the entire bike. I tried to epoxy the pieces back together but the epoxy would not stick to the cheap composite material. When they replaced the bike the replacement brake lever was broken as well! Because of the way they ship there is a lot of pressure put on that part since it is still connected to the bike. I was able to disassemble the two parts and make one good working part. I mainly bought this bike for the disk breaks, it was important for me that my daughter be able to stop easily; however, the disk break does not work as well as that standard break that is on the front of the bike. Also, the left training wheel does not lock securely into position and has the ability to slip backward which will make the bike flip over immediately. The first day that we took the bike out my daughter rolled down a slight hill and ended up in a pond because she was unable to stop the bike. I like the frame, I like the wheel quality, the chain seems to be decent, but the rest of the bike is a hazard.. I'm honestly surprised that a. this bike has good reviews, and b. that this company has not been sued for shipping a dangerous product. ... show more
