Nice thick fabric to replace our nice thick dometic fabric that tore loose after 25 years. It doesn't have the double fabic that serves as the travel cover, but it comes with the sewn in piping, and went on relatively easy. Also includes some clear patch tape. Nice replacement for a very small investment.

Great awning. Same as I installed 5 years ago and subjected to the southern Nevada heat and sun as I lived in my RV. Should have changed at 4 years but I wanted to see how long I could make it last. Installs easily and looks good.

So far works great. Installed easy, my Sister and Dad did it. She is retired and not very mechanically inclined and he is in his 80's. I did rewind the tension spring for them with my 1/2" cordless drill. Watching them doing it by hand was painfully slow. Just don't over tighten.
