This thing works great! I have connected my iPhone 14 and my MacBook Pro and it has a great picture quality. The resolution is lower when connecting my MacBook but I know this is due to the project only hading up to 1080 so this was expected. My iPhone looks great and I love the it has a speaker built in. th batter seems to last. decent amount on time but I have not used this for long periods of time yet. My wife love it to use for presentations. the inly thing for me is that it's not too bright. Works better in a dim or dark room and I like all of the connectors and the slot for a micro SD card.     • Really Great Projector!!
Firstly, disregard the negative and over critical reviews. Understand this is a small, inexpensive pico projector. You’re not going to get blinded by its brightness or overwhelmed with features. BUT it’s still an incredible little projector. They are built very solid and feel high quality. I’ve used way more expensive, name brand pico projectors that feel much cheaper. I bought a few of these for a projection mapping course I’m teaching and my students love them. For our purposes, art installations and gallery spaces, these are perfect. Tripod mountable and great for small spaces. Beyond easy to use and the battery life really isn’t too bad. We’ve consistently been able to get close to 2 hours on a single charge give or take. Well worth the money IMO and highly recommend for video artists. ... show more

I bought this as an option for a monitor for my Mac mini for an upcoming vacation. I did a quick test and it seemed to work fine. I may do an updated review in August. We used this to hook into an iPhone and watch a video. As long as you're not expecting magic this projector will work fine for you. The resolution was decent enough and the focus wheel worked better than expected. It definitely works better in a dark room. The more ambient light the worse the quality. The speaker leaves a little to be desired, however there is an audio out jack which is convenient. The fact that this thing is so small and portable makes it hard to be unsatisfied. If you need something brighter splurge for the higher models, but if you're looking for a small projector to watch movies, and you don't expect the moon, this will work out fine. ... show more

Really disappointed. I bought this so I could project movies for hubby and me to watch on a pull-down screen in a very small rv. Don't have a tv, don't want a tv. It was supposed to play movies off a thumb drive or phone, but the device did not recognize anything I plugged into the USB 2 port--Ipad, iPhone, thumb drive, external drive. When I plugged in the hdmi cable to my MacBook, it would only mirror what was displayed on the computer. I did not get the option for Movies or Photos as promised in the description of the projector, and the picture quality wasn't that good anyway. I don't bring my MacBook on my camping trips--the whole point is to travel light. If this thing had worked with mp4s on a thumb drive or my iPad, as promised, it would have been perfect for my purposes. ... show more

It's bright even in a room with lights, completely clear. Easy to use. Volumes pretty nice but if you want it for a large group or room I'd use a speaker. It's amazing. Perfect for art and camping

    • Brightness and adjustment
I enjoyed everything about this projector. You can adjust with the wheel on the side, but be aware of the pix-elation. You can make it very sharp, but it was hard to adjust for from the computer to projector. Perhaps another adjustment feature for the picture to get it just right? The brightness is great closer to where you want to project. The further it is, it becomes dimmer. Make sure you are in a completely dark room. Now for all the enjoyment. You do have multiple ways to get the projector to connect. It is PORTABLE! This projector is so small, it can fit in my hand and I am 61" inches tall (5'1"). It was not that quick to charge, but it keeps a good charge. Don't over do it, if you want to make it last. I bought this for my deployment to project for quiz nights and movie nights with coworkers. We enjoyed it and its great for on the go! I will be using it for these reasons again! *Update* After 4 movies, with a full charged battery it falls short for the battery life. I have tried to charge it more than or equal to 2.5 hours. Every movie i start to watch, it always dies when the movie is about to end. This ruins the movie experience especially when I'm trying to make a movie night. ... show more
