These are great! I do crossfit and my knees started to bother me to the point where I had to miss workouts. I was afraid to do any type of squatting workouts and even burpees or push ups were bothering my knees. I bought these and felt kind of silly in them but holy cow they were life changing. I can wear them over my leggins or with shorts (which I prefer) and they have worked excellent both ways. I have even started wearing them when I run. They are thicker than I expected but it did not hinder my workout at all and I know they come in a 5mm also. I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone who's knees have been bothering them. I want to get a thinner pure black pair to wear while I waitress. So great ... show more

    • got to keep a broken Knee Cap happy

fell and broke my knee cap Feb 23, 20 and it's not happy unless Toasy Warm! so wen t neoprene brace shopping this is 1 of 2 I selected to try also picked up - Braceablity Wide calf model....followed their directions for measuring & it was too Loose! The Pair of braces fit well 2xl my knee cap was happy.....The left side of my knee wasn't it would itch and I CLEANED THE BRACE AFTER 2 DAYS WEAR after 2 weeks of this the one nite that left side really itched I just pulled the brace down thru my jeans and scratched it.....itching settled down some .......later when I went to take my shower and striped down!!! YIKES that left side I had a 2in by 4in long patch of skin flaming pink! and it did still itch some started with tea tree oil...anti fungal 2 days no change well the skin was getting rough. alligator hyde and peeling. of course I have no anti inflammatories. Fortunately I do have a couple of cans of Dermaplast...it's an Anesthetic OH THAT HELPED!!! color started dropping down after 2 days and itching went down. I don't know what caused it but I guess that their is something in that brace my skin doesn't like. Sad really they were helping! ... show more

These knee supports are actually very good and for the price you can't go wrong. Now they will never replace my Rehband knee supports which are 5 years old and still in great condition but these are not Rehband prices. In fact the Rehbands are $45 and these are $20. Both are 7mm thick but I would still prefer the Rehband if budget allowed. They just seem more sturdy if you are doing heavy legs etc. I purchased these as a backup pair and they do a good job at support and providing warmth during Tabata workouts since I have knee problems. This is a comfortable knee sleeve and the quality of the materials and stitching seems very good. I also like how they've designed the seam to avoid your leg joints. I ordered it because the other knee sleeves in this price range looked like they were all the same thing being rebranded. Whereas the Nisrok sleeve appeared to be something different. I also think it looks better than the others near this price. The product information seemed more competent to me than a lot of the others. It actually comes in branded packaging too, unlike a lot of random brand stuff that comes in an anonymous bag. I emailed their support a question and they responded to me promptly. The only thing I'd mention is that if you want a tight fit, some might consider going down 2 sizes rather than 1. According to the measurements, I should purchase a Large, but I ordered a Medium for a tighter fit. It was comfortable, but not particularly tight. In the end, I also got a Small, which has the fit I was looking for in some lifting exercises. ... show more

These are ok. The true neoprene sleeves are a little better. These definitely provide stability. Especially for the price but if you are looking for something to lift heavy weight then spend a little more for some stronger sleeves. Again these aren’t bad and will be fine for most folks who don’t squat/deadlift more than 250lbs but once you keep going up the more these lose their luster. ... show more

I've got a few different pairs of sleeves, Rehband, Nordic lifting, etc. and I'd say these are comparable. I've been using sleeves for years, after ACL replacements in both knees, random meniscus repairs and a knee cap procedure. These sleeves fit really well, have a bit of contour to them, fit snugly and provide a decent amount of stability. Currently I'm using them every other day and don't squat, press or deadlift without them. Considering a pair of these costs less than one Rehband sleeve, it's a really good deal. I've only had them for weeks, so I can't speak to their longevity, but nothing so far indicates that there will be any issues. ... show more

I used the size chart and ordered accordingly, but I didn't feel like these provided nearly as much support as I wanted for lifting. If you are looking for a general use/work wear sleeve these might work great. The mediums weren't tight enough and the smalls wouldn't even begin to go over my calves and quads, so I'll she'll out for Rehband I guess. ... show more

I use them twice a week for squats, leg press, and deadlift. I’ve had an ACl replaced and these are thick enough to keep my knees warmed up and provide a bit of stability as well. Just as good as the last pair I bought and still have from another brand, I just needed to size up. The only reason I give 4 stars is the top side seems a bit larger than proportion to calf side.
