    • Needs a better slide
It works fine so far, but the way the ice slides into the basket causes the ice to quickly back up and show a "basket full" indicator and stops making ice. It's supposed to do this, of course, but it backs while barely filling the basket. Like a wall of ice cubes up the back to the sensor but very little ice in the front of the basket. Unless you monitor it close, takes a while to get enough to store away. Either a better slide or bring the full sensor out for their current location. ... show more

This is easy to use and super easy to clean. It makes ice quite quickly. Is soft small pieces of ice. Just remember to add water when you take ice out so you dont run out of ice. Lol my kids for whatever reason had a learning curve on adding water. 100% recommend

    • Easy to Setup and Use
I purchased this for use in our office break area. It is used by six people throughout the day. First ice in under ten minutes but the ice come with a catch. The center is follow which is my the ice is made so fast, but that means it melts faster than solid ice. That quirk aside, it appears well made. My only concern is with the lift mechanism. Does a good job, but I am concerned that it will break. However, I purchased the inexpensive one year warranty, if it breaks, I am inconvenienced but covered. If it make more ice than is used, we store the excess in a small plastic tub in our freezer. ... show more

I’m changing my review because their customer service informed me what I was doing wrong. You have to keep bagging the ice within 15 minutes or it will melt. They should put that in there ad.

I use the ice maker every single day. I absolutely love it. Although it is compact the one side of it needs to be clear of everything because it puts out a lot of heat but that's fine with me because it makes the best ice I've ever had. This was worth every single penny.
