This is a decent espresso machine. My husband and I are light coffee drinkers so this works fine for as often as we use it. It is a bit daunting at first and a little tricky to get used to. The noise level is acceptable and similar to other high end espresso machines. The size is a nice footprint that doesn’t take up a ton of countertop space which I enjoy. Makes great espresso.

This will definitely upgrade your morning coffee routine at home! For starters, we are two different coffee drinkers at home; I often drink Colombian instant coffee with milk, while my wife likes the Cuban “colada” made from Cuban ground coffee on the stove. This Espresso Machine really fulfilled both of our expectations. As far as my wife’s choice, the machine takes the Cuban ground coffee just well, and the resulting Espresso is not only flavorful but also rich in body, so not a watery brew. As far as mine, I can also do the Espresso with the frothed milk, which results in a flavorful concoction that is so thick you’d think you’re drinking a coffee-flavored milkshake. It is that good! Now, as far as the operation of the machine, it isn’t as cut dry as one would believe and the learning curve has been slow. Sometimes I will turn it on and as per the instructions, the buttons will flash while pre-heating, but other times the buttons will be solid upon turning on and selecting any other options will make them blink without dispensing anything, so it’s confusing as to what the issue might be. In most of the cases, I have found that this behavior is due to the funnel not being fully locked and/or the temperature being too high, which can be solved, as per the instruction manual, by releasing steam via the frothing tube. In either case, it has not been as easy as just turning the machine on and making a Espresso, which has been a bit frustrating. Another thing I somewhat dislike is that the steam/frothing tube also dispenses hot water at the lowest dial settings, so to get to the steam setting you have to turn the dial through the hot water levels first, which results in either the tube spilling water onto your surface OR your milk receiving a dose of hot water before you get to the steam option, and the amount of water you get is directly proportional to how fast you can turn the knob to the last setting. I feel that this could be avoided if the steam option came first on the dial and then the water dispensing came after, but this might be a design limitation. Other than a few cons, this machine is well worth the purchase to elevate your morning coffee experience at home!

Love this machine! I couldn’t get it working out of the box however that was 100% user error and it works phenomenally. It is about the size of the smaller keurigs and brews great. The coffee tastes very good and I love saving money making these at home. It is lightweight and seems durable.
