Got tired of the little ice maker on my fridge which has recently stopped working. This puts out a lot of ice, and unlike other ice makers I have owned, shuts off when there is no water. that's a plus! I wish the ice blocks broke apart easier, but you can't have everything. My whole family uses this
daily (did I mention my fridge ice maker stopped working?). It is not loud at all.. except when the next tray of ice falls, but that is expected. When you have parties, this puts out enough ice to keep up with demand. Having the ability to put a tank on the top is priceless. Definitely recommend.

I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the money to purchase this for camping. It was definitely worth every penny! We never buy ice anymore. It keeps up with 5 people for drinks, 3 dogs for cold water on hot days, and a beverage cooler. I fill an ice bin for our camper freezer, then keep a small cooler
next to it outside and just keep dumping the bin into it and the ice bin. For reference we usually camp 5+ days at a time.

I loved love loved it when we got it. It made ice really fast! It’s hard to keep up with my household and I’ve. It does the job. However, 4 days shy of having it a month it started squeezing very loud. I turned it off unplugged turned back on. Blah blah blah. Finally decided to return it since I only
had a few days. Customer service was very nice and helpful. Had up’s com and pick it up f I’m my house and refunded my money with in a day. I’m waiting on my sending on to be here in a few days.

SMALL MACHINE DOES ICE CUBE RACK EACH AROUND 9 MINUTES. HOWEVER, THE ICE CUBE ARE SMALL AND DOES NOT LAST LONG TIME AS IT MELT SO FAST. I AM NOT SURE WHAT IS THE ISSUE. I HOPE THE COMPANY WILL LOOK IN TO THIS AND INCREASE THE SIZE OF ICE CUBE TO MAKE IT MORE SOLID AND TAKE LONGER TIME TO MELT.

Can't find a jug that fits. They should offer one when buying

I like the product and makes ice fast but I really want to use a jug of water and cannot find one that fits and does not tell you in the manual. I agree with others that the procedure book is not all that user friendly. I would like more cleaning instructions.

Product picture and description states ice maker is 145w when in reality it is between 253 and 287. I know this isn't a big deal for everyone but we live full time on our boat and rely on battery and solar so an almost 100% increase in the advertised power draw is not great for us. Very disappointed.
Customer service was good. It is listed now as 253w on the page. The picture that claims 145w is still very misleading and they were unwilling to change this for some reason. But at least its slightly more accurate listing for the next person. Also ice maker does work well other than the wattage I have no complaints.

Getting thickness is a challenge for me.

I love the square cubes. Hard to break up. Must adjust thickness. Bottom of basket has blocks of ice that are difficult to break up. Usually take to sink and let them melt with hot water. I use timer so as to not waste the water.

I like how it makes ice(size of cubes) and how I can adjust how thick the ice gets. I wish it had a bigger basket, so it could hold more ice before it's full and shuts off. I buy purified water for ice maker as my city water is very hard. I use a 5 gal jug and refill it at my grocery store for 60cent
s a gallon. So far nothing has got clogged or really dirty. It's kind of noisy when the ice drops,but otherwise just hear a fan running.
