I've used KMC products for several years. With that being said, this power strip works great. I'm able to schedule when my lights turns on and off with ease. KMC app is user friendly especially when setting up automate and remote schedule.     • Works well but cannot remember how to access settings
*Review 12/23/22* While I had the box and instructions, this was easy enough to set up and use. It looks pretty much like a standard strip but without the app, I don't think you can turn off a single outlet. Almost all single outlets I own have a way to manually override the setting so I may ensure I use only those in the future. Also, I seem to be able to easily find my single outlet smart plugs in my plethora of apps. For whatever reason, I cannot find what controls this app. Not necessarily a fault of manufacturer, but I highly suggest you save your box or instructions. I do have 2 of the outlets on schedule and they do what I want them to do - and seem to work without fault. One has an aquarium light plugged into it so I wish I could manually override that some nights. I wanted to add another automation to one of the outlets and I can't find what is running the automation at the moment. I'll deduct a star for that. I don't seem to have this in Alexa which is unusual so I figure I had issues getting it to connect at setup. Once I resolve issue, I may update review depending on how much I think is user fault. ... show more

    • Software renders product unusable
The software is faulty, unreliable, and not worth the headache. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $5-7 for a name brand product that is tried and true. The software for these plugs has a mind of its own. Making the schedules for the plugs is tedious at best and infuriating at worst. Unfortunately, I discovered this outside of the return window.     • Easy to use and works great
I liked these so much that I bought the screw in outlet covers for my bedrooms. Makes turning on and off mood lighting a breeze. Great for single people or when one person controls lighting - not great if multiple people want to turn on/off a light.
