The media could not be loaded. This transaction was interesting. One of the chairs was missing half the screws and bolts so I couldn’t put it together initially; however the company was VERY responsive and sent me a whole new order within two days! Great customer service! The only reason I’m taking a star is because these chairs are not black black as they appear in the photos of the seller…they are very dark charcoal or almost like a chalkboard dusty black which wasn’t exactly what I was going for but I just made it work at this point…too much trouble to send them back. The seat is very “springy” but they seem sturdy and are pretty comfortable.

The aren't has comfortable had they look you can feel the wood frame had you sit them that hurt your leg or butt.

First off, I liked how this came in a set of 4 and the price was pretty cheap for this type of chair, but not exactly high quality. The leather looks nice and overall very comfortable but the seat cushions are not very supportive. I am 120lbs and sink pretty low when I sit and my husband bottoms out the cushion when he sits. The chairs come in 2 packages, 2 chairs each but the hardware and leg pieces aren’t equally distributed so you need to open both packages to get what you need. Not a big deal but we didn’t know this and tried to put the first two chairs together without instructions and it was very frustrating. To add we were given the wrong number of long and short stretchers so they didn’t fit properly. We didn’t realize this because they weren’t labeled. I contacted the seller and they gave me a really hard time about proving the wrong amount was sent package, I had to send several pictures with back and forth to prove it. They then ended up sending 1 and Half chairs (different color leather). So we have the right amount and of stretchers now but have a whole chair and another cushion of another color that now have to waste because we can’t even use it as a backup if we wanted due to it being a different color. What a waste.

First of all, my fault for NOT noticing the legs are black. The faux leather is brown, so I expected brown legs. However, the photo does show black legs. The stools are okay for a kitchen counter, but not so good for our breakfast room counter height table. The faux leather is "cheap looking," but it is comfortable. The wood is lightweight. I don't expect to get long everyday use. The vendor does, willingly, accept returns, if unassembled. But since our chairs were already assembled, and we would need to pay return shipping, I decided to keep them. At $100 per chair, maybe, my expectations were too high.

Wouldn't have given 5 stars because the newly bought chair had a hole in it, but Oliver's professionalism and friendly attitude changed my mind. After she was informed of the situation, she immediately replied to me. I was very moved when she learned that I asked for a replacement as soon as possible, and the package was sent out at 11pm same day! Right Now I'm so happy with two brand new and perfect stools.

Assembly was a little clumsy but doable. I haven't owned them for long, but I anticipate continued satisfaction. These chairs are very attractive and comfortable. My dining area is small and a bit dark. They brighten the area and look clean and tailored. Love these chairs.
