The media could not be loaded. This transaction was interesting. One of the chairs was missing half the screws and bolts so I couldn’t put it together initially; however the company was VERY responsive and sent me a whole new order within two days! Great customer service! The only reason I’m taking a star is because these chairs are not black black as they appear in the photos of the seller…they are very dark charcoal or almost like a chalkboard dusty black which wasn’t exactly what I was going for but I just made it work at this point…too much trouble to send them back. The seat is very “springy” but they seem sturdy and are pretty comfortable. ... show more

I like the material of the chair. But the leg bars do not fit properly so they keep falling. Even though we used the screws they gave us. I even had one break the same day I put it together. They are also not big butt friendly. I would get better chairs next time. If it wasn't such a bulk order I would probably return them. I contacted the seller on July 28th, they said I would get a replacement, but I have not received it as of 8/23/2024. ... show more

The aren't has comfortable had they look you can feel the wood frame had you sit them that hurt your leg or butt.
