I actually like this wheel; it's a pretty good deal for the price, and I like the way it looks and feels. It was easy to assemble thanks to the video tutorial. The wheel is sturdy, comfortable, and works as promise. I had no problems finding batteries for the counter, but for me, it's kind of pointless since I prefer using my phone instead. It's good stuff. I'm not a fan of simple planks, and crunches make my back hurt, so I'm really happy I bought this thing.

So far I've used it 2x and I can see the potential rewards. Watch the video on the Amazon page, it definitely makes this easier. Put on your end caps before installing the arm pads. The center bolt fits fine but mine does not sit flush. Be advised because it's not in the instruction or video, the timer has a magnetic attachment to the center bolt on the arm grip. If you are trying to use it on carpet, if your carpet is short, it should be fine, thicker rugs may present challenges. I also suggest getting a mat of some sort to protect your rug from wear. **I would give it a 5 but the lack of battery and not exact fitting pieces cost them a couple of stars. Both are minor issues but having to go spend i don't know what on a battery is irritating. They also Do Not tell you what size battery you need. If there's a comparable product for sale on Amazon, with the battery included, it may be worth it to explore those vs having to call/drive somewhere aka waste fuel to get a battery.

I have always wanted to be able to add an ab roller to my exercise routine... and now I can thanks to this ab roller! I've had rollers that feel unstable, hurt my wrists, and make me feel like I'm not strong enough to use them. This roller solves those problems! It's stable (no lateral wheel movement) and the elbow supports reduce the pressure on my wrists. I am able to extend much further and with more stability than with my old roller. I also really like the timer and how it allows me to keep track of how much time has passed and keep my phone screen free for entertainment. Since getting this piece of equipment, I've been much more likely to fit an ab workout into my overall exercise routine. Overall a great purchase!

I just started using this roller, and I'm genuinely impressed. First of all, it was relatively easy to assemble. The elbow support frame is really sturdy, and the wheels do bounce back as promised—I can even do about 20 reps a set now, though I hadn't exercised in forever before this. I used to have a simpler model that made my joints ache, but with this one, I don't have that issue. Plus, I'm starting to feel like I actually have muscles in my stomach! So far, so good. I'm happy with my investment, although I know I have a long way to go to match the girl in the video. P.S. Seeing the words Core Master kind of motivates me, too)

I am an Army officer training for the ACFT (Army Combat Fitness Test) which was revamped in recent years. Core strength is critical to those training for 600 - a perfect score. This roller is easy to use, store and take with you. It’s more than the aesthetic of strong abs, its core strength and the numerous health benefits that prevent injury when lifting and working out. For me it's a must have piece of equipment and I really enjoy using it!
