Description

The CL120VP Electrical Test Kit from Klein Tools is designed with optimum reliability and safety in mind. Kit comes with 1 meter and 3 testers for a variety of applications and all stored within a convenient padded pouch. The CL120 is an AC auto-ranging 400 Amp AC/DC digital clamp meter. The RT210 Receptacle Tester detects common wiring problems for Standard and GFCI AC electrical outlets. The NCVT-3P is a dual range non-contact tester with flashlight for a broad variety of voltage applications from 12 to 1000V AC or 70 to 1000V AC. Test AC and DC voltage at four commonly used ranges with the ET40 Voltage Tester.

Great little kit - bought this for the multimeter to troubleshoot my broken dryer and have used the other tools to check out a bad socket and a faulty breaker. Easy to use, plenty of reference online, tools are accurate enough for my needs. This is a great kit for everyone from the occasional do-it-yourselfer to a professional. The GFCI tester makes a quick tester of any outlet to make sure it is properly wired, and with just a push of the button the GFCI is tested in a snap. The non-contact voltage tester has a built in flashlight that makes it easy to see in the dark confines of the electrical boxes, it makes a quick and safe way to check for voltage before you dive in. The AC/DC voltage tester is a great little tester to let you know what voltages you are working with. And lastly the auto ranging digital clamp meter is so simple to use, since it auto ranges you don’t need to guess what setting to put it on, just choose what you are measuring and start testing. The meter is so versatile and easy to use. This kit came with all the batteries to run the tools and a handy carrying case. Albeit the case is really small, I was able to get all the tools into it. This has everything you need for at home electrical troubleshooting. The outlet plug tester will let you know which wire is messed up on an outlet. The kit comes with a quick pen size tester to quickly check if there is voltage. Definitely a must have for any home DIYers
