i dont like the fact that no attachments were provided to get inside fuse box pins for relay testing etc. - the tip on this is too thick for a lot of the work this is meant for, like backprobing connectors - you can kind of jerry-rig needle multimeter attachments on top of it but its not great

I had used it for about a year, no major issues. My only issue with the design is the length of the grounding cable, just a bit short for what I usually need it for, but I've been able to make it work with an extra wire. The only real problem I came across was when I had made the mistake of trying to apply power or ground to a wire when it had the other already active. User error, really. But it was when I kept doing it when I had to apply one of the two before making contact, like in a tight space. It would normally shut down and restart if you made a mistake, like normal. But I had done it quite a few times in a row and it had shut down completely. Few days later, it starting working again, but sometimes when you power it, it doesn't show or do anything on the screen but a blank background. Again, user error caused it. But other than that, having it as a mobile mechanic has saved me so much time, being able to see what is actually happening. I only have the KM10, but I honestly might upgrade to see what I can use the nicer model for. It was well worth the price.

This off brand power probe is fantastic! I Work in a shop with 4 other techs . Them having power probe branded and a snap on branded electrical testers and stand by them . But the cost of over $150 for a power probe brand and over $300 for the snap on branded testers was a bit much to choke down for a tool I use maybe 2-3 times every few weeks . So thought I’d give this one a shot and I’m not disappointed in my decision. Life is expensive enough don’t put your self in debt on a tool truck buy this and stay off that tool truck not about that $50 dollars a week for the rest of your life !

Screen lights up but is always blank, either circuits bad or screen it, but it's doa right out of the box, literally the first time I used it, the same day it arrived. Should not have bought a cheap clone. Next day, I was going to use the non digital parts to chase down my issue, and it started working and I liked it. Since that one was flaky, I got another to try, seems to work, bumping 3 to 3 stars, will update next time I use it, but it's pretty infrequent, that I chase the kind of electrical issue that needs more than just a test light so it might be a while. They did refund the price with no complaints, so that's good. Liked customer service If it seems reliable I'll update the review later.
