Features

  • Upgraded intelligent modeWe upgrade the amp clamp meter, which is unique in the market. The default intelligent mode when the meter is on can automatically identify AC/DC voltage/current, resistance, and continuity measurement signals, making the operation more convenient and safe.
  • Advanced design & multi-functionThe multimeter tester is built-in MAX/MINdata holdflashlightauto-off features. D-shaped jaws can hold test leads and are more portable. It can measure AC/DC current/voltage, resistance, continuity, capacitance, diode, NCV, firewire, and temperature for all of your measurement needs.
  • Large HD color screenEasier to read than a traditional clamp meter. The HD color bright screen is good for working properly in dark places. Avoid reading the measurement value difficulty under direct sunlight. It is a good gift for friends and family.
  • Self-test & inrush measurement functionThe clamp meter automatically performs a self-test and displays "CAL" when it is on to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. Also, Knowing the value of inrush current can help you locate a startup problem quickly, whether it's in the motor or in the starting circuit. Inrush current measurement range is 5-600A. The inrush function is only available in AC current mode, DC current does not have the inrush function.
  • Excellent serviceSafety standard IEC 61010-1, CAT IV 600V. We offer a 3-year after-sales service and lifetime technical assistance. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • DC amperage measurements, what more needs to be said.
Size: KC601
I work on High voltage/amperage DC circuits. Most multi meters reserve amperage measurement for AC circuits only, like Klein Tools. This gives highly accurate DC amperage and has NCV detection. Compact and rugged. This was an excellent purchase. Highly recommend.

  • Accurate multimeter with an excellent display.
Size: KC602
I have a number of multimeters, going all the way back to the old-fashioned needle display kind. However, I’ve never used a clamp meter so I wanted to try this out. The first impression is that I love the display on this thing. I am used to LCD or monochrome displays. This one is bright, colorful and easy to read. The meter has a nice heft to it and feels really rugged. That said it’s not too heavy and won’t wear you out if using it for long periods of time. The size is just right and feels comfortable in your hand. I am a casual user, not sure how it would hold up in a busy auto shop environment. This is great for both AC and DC readings, but I am mostly working with low volt DC stuff. I did some random measurements of batteries and power supplies and resistors I had laying around. The results were consistent with another meter I use regularly. This one can perform all the tasks that a standard multimeter is expected to do. Using it is pretty simple if you’ve used a multimeter before. The instructions were mediocre but helpful. All the buttons are nicely responsive. It takes a little time to get used to where everything. It comes with batteries, but I have rechargeables that I replaced them with. I like the auto shut off feature. The clamp feature worked as expected and performed well with the auto switching smart mode. Comes in a really nice case with the usual accessories. Overall, a handy and welcomed addition to my workshop. ... show more

  • Easy to use and seems to be accurate
Size: KC601
I've been using this after doing some initial tests to compare it with known accurate devices I already had and it was within tolerances of those devices. The temp sensor worked well and was quick to read. The AC and DC voltage testing was fast and accurate. The auto mode makes using this very easy and quick. It has been very easy to use with a single hand and the display is easy to read. ... show more

  • KC602 clamp meter: neat little Swiss-army knife meter with some soft spots
Size: KC602
The media could not be loaded. TL;DR: nice range of functions all in your pocket at once, with some wobbles here and there. First impressions: It’s light and easy to hold. It takes AAA batteries instead of the more typical 9V, but they do include them. The graphical display is bright and easy to read even at a distance, but it only has 4 digits available for readout. That could limit precision, especially if it auto-ranges to a higher scale – you lose a digit of accuracy (and this does auto-range only; you can’t force it to a scale). The box and manual show CE and FCC markings, but do not have any registration number or class detail. The meter itself is not marked. I could not find the device listed on the FCC / CE website so the claim may be 'self certified' but not actually tested by a certified lab. There are a couple of fuzzy wordings in the manual, but it’s generally clear (and quite basic). In use: The capacitor meter is handy. The temperature thermocouple is a nice touch, too, but the plug on one lead came off when trying to remove the plug from the meter. It was crimped, but the crimp was done badly and didn't hold the wire tightly. That’s easy enough to fix, but a bit annoying straight out of the box. The probes are better made with overmolding for strain relief and come with removable sleeves for protection when working on high voltages. As noted, it operates in autorange mode only, but it finds its range reasonably quickly. It also has an “auto mode” function in which it attempts to determine your task and switch to the appropriate function, but it was not very successful for me. The “Hold” button very easy to press, which is a mixed blessing! Quick to grab when jotting down values but also easy to accidentally press. The digital readout also means that instead of using a dial to select core functions, you have to cycle all the way through the options to get back to the previous one, so it can be a little clunky. The built-in temperature sensor works pretty well. It gives F and C at the same time, a plus, and you can measure sub-zero temperatures with the external probe. The NCV is less useful in its general field detection mode; it did not reliably identify live wires behind drywall. Live mode is a nice addition, though – it uses the probe to identify live wires, handy while working on them and it doesn’t need a ground connection. Continuity check turned up some usage challenges. Touching the probe tips together didn’t generate a stable value (see video). Position and pressure seem to count; values vary less if you use just the points of the tips. There may be some sort of protective coating on the sides. The very very tip generates stable values. It has good resolution on low current – 10 milliamps on the low end. Range and accuracy are pretty solid, especially for a meter at this price range., and the current clamp is handy to hang the clamp while it measures. When I (in the name of science and *cough* forgetting I had it in current mode) plugged it in to measure voltage, it did not fry itself, which was a pleasant surprise. I think it may only measure current through the current clamp; if so, that’s not a bad way to prevent overloads. This also has a 15 minutes auto-powerdown with a beep alerting you that it’s turning off. You can turn that function off – it will return when you restart the device. ... show more
