I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this couch is. The cushions are soft yet supportive, and it looks great in my space. The only con is that the back cushions tend to fall over because there isn’t enough Velcro, but that’s an easy fix since more Velcro can be added. Shipping was super fast! I placed my order on December 11th and all the boxes arrived by December 18th. When setting up the couch, I did run into a couple of issues: one of the bases didn’t have pre-drilled holes and I was missing 5 legs. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Truly amazing. They responded quickly, shipped all the missing legs plus a new base, and I received everything within two days. I was nervous at first, but their support team went above and beyond and made the whole situation stress-free. Overall, the couch is comfy, stylish, and the customer service alone makes it worth recommending.

The media could not be loaded. this furniture is nice and easy to put together! the cushion is fluffy but the couch is kind of cheaply made due to the fact that the velcro does not stay on and it easy rips off on the ottomans. the only reason i give this couch a 4 star rating is because the back pillows are really flat and uncomfortable. I went to walmart and purchased more polyester to fill the pillows up to my liking and it really helped other than that its a nice couch

This sectional is absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad I purchased it, I love how you can change the layout and how comfortable they are. Lots of room for the whole family to sit. Makes my living room feel much more inviting and warm. This was Very easy to assemble (I put it together by myself) and is easy to reassemble if needed. This is definitely one of my favorite purchases.

Delivery was odd; no way to track it once the first box is delivered. You will receive four or more boxes and only one per day! And we never knew what day or when, they skipped a couple days too. Frustrating. The sofa is nice, comfy, spacious and looks great.

Pros: This couch is very well made and easy to clean. I have 1 dog & 2 toddlers. I put it together with my toddlers in about 45 minutes or so. I got the 3 seater with one ottoman. It’s 10ft long and wide enough for our family of 4 to all lay down in a cuddle puddle comfortably. My husband is over 6ft as well. It’s nice you can move the pillows around as needed to make it wider in that regard. Cons: my only con is that the back wood wall is not high enough. The pillow backings are higher than the couch itself which is uncomfortable. You can feel the back & the pillow flops in half. If you put it against the wall, then it’s not as noticeable. As the wall provides extra support. This is not the type of couch to leave in the middle of the room in that regard. I am 5’4” and it is not supportive to sit down that way. Without the pillows the couch backing hits me below my shoulder blades. Which is not great for back support.. unless you get some help from the wall as previously stated. I also wish that the sections were not connected by a small metal u-shaped hook. I wish they slide and clicked in together like the arm walls. I despise having small pieces my kids can find and easily lose. All in all it’s a great couch. The fabric is great quality. I just wish it had a lot more back support. Even as a shorter person it’s not great sitting up normally. However, it is a wonderful couch to lay down on and take naps or watch long movies as a family. Our kids like it too.

Back pillows are not inflating and are staying very skinny. Looks nothing like on the listing image. Very uncomfortable and looks funny. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Very good for the price. Only drawback is the back height is not that much. May be not be good for elderly Person who need back support. I placed it against a wall so that’s not a problem for me. It not super fluffy but enough for our family to lounge comfortably. Very easy to assemble.limited storage. Shipping is super good. Sign on delivery was opted by the seller so make sure you present at the time of delivery.l misses 2 times then received finally the 3 rd time.all the instructions are very clear. Love it for the price.
