The refurbished MacBook Pro 14' M1 Pro came in well packaged and looked almost perfect. There were only some tiny, hard to notice, scratches on the Apple logo at the backside. Otherwise it was great with only 54 battery cycles. The MacBook came with the original Magsafe cable. The power adapter, on the other side, was similar looking from a third party. In conclusion, I think this still a great value MacBook in 2024, with the M1 Pro and 16gb of RAM. Except for if you want to have a official Apple packaged product (with the the characteristic unpacking experience), I can recommend this product and the seller Kanga Supply. ... show more

I needed a new laptop because I'm back in school but traveling soon. I needed something that could last 10 hours of operation, so I went with the M1 Macbook Pro. I initially hesitated because I couldn't determine if the battery would be in the healthiest condition. The charge cycles are set at 16, which makes me very happy. The package came on time, in a generic brown box, sitting inside an air cushion case, and went with a suspicious-looking generic 100-watt charger. I'm still giving this five stars because I have a history of being refurbished/used, and it's commonplace never to get the original device, but you'll get the device you paid for. It is in mint condition, with no noticeable damage outside of a few light scratches on the lid, so you can only see if the light hits it right. I'll buy from JamJam again in the future. ... show more

If you're looking for an affordable M1 Pro MacBook Pro with some sort of warranty, purchasing through Amazon seems to be a good way to go. Overall, I'd give the machine that I received 4.5 out of 5. Pros: - Exterior aluminum case and screen are in excellent condition - Keyboard, trackpad and ports all work perfectly - More than enough processing and graphics power for everyday tasks or moderate photo/video editing - Great value for storage size and chip configuration (I ordered the 1 TB + 16 GB RAM model and it came with the 10 Core CPU + 16 Core GPU M1 Pro chip config) Cons: (these are absolutely nit-picks as I'm overall VERY pleased with the computer I received) - Battery Health: Received with 40-ish cycles and about 95% health. Would have preferred that to have received one with fewer cycles, but this is not the end of the world - Keyboard Cosmetics: The keyboard is perfectly functional and is more than acceptable in appearance, but it does show SOME signs of wear. The matte finish has been worn to a glossy sheen on the most used keys. - Original packaging not included Overall: If you're looking for a great 14" MacBook and willing to compromise on it not being 100% cosmetically perfect (it's probably 96% perfect), this is a solid value and hundreds of dollars less than one from the apple refurbished store. ... show more
