I wish I had gotten this years ago. I have a pretty well set up home gym and have been slowly adding different handles, grips, ropes, and bars to improve variation in lifts. I absolutely love this bar. It is very comfortable to grip, it allows multiple hand positions, and it does a great job of targeting specific areas. Wish I had gotten this years ago, very happy with it.

This item is hefty and solid. It did arrive with one corner of the corner torn. Since this is staying indoors, it is of no concern. The coating itself helps keep from scratching walls and such if I have to temporarily detach it.

I've used other versions of this style of cable attachment, but I usually find myself coming back to the good old straight bar, the narrow grip, and the short-straight bar. But I swear to god, this thing is basically perfect for me, especially for seated rows and medium grip pull downs. It allows me to drive my elbows in a really good line. For seated rows in particular, the width is basically perfect, plus the angled design of the bar makes it so I can get that extra bit of depth that straight bars don't allow. Add in it's neutral grip position, and this thing is one my new go to's. I really like this attachment, and it hits the mid back and lats really well on my anatomy. At the extended position, I get a really nice stretch in the muscles. Zero weirdness in the wrists, elbows, or shoulders. Build quality seems quite good. It has a nice heft to it, and it doesn't flex or feel flimsy. The rubberized coating provides excellent grip, and it seems fairly thick/durable. I've used it up to 120lbs, and it felt stable and strong. Overall very worth it. Feels great, really works the lats and mid back, is basically the perfect width (for me), and is super comfy. If it ever breaks, I'm definitely getting another one.

The KKH Lat Pull Down Bar, (I did not purchase the set) is a nice addition to my workout routine. The build quality, look and feel were well above average. I particularly like the fact that the bar included an underhand, multiple gripping surfaces. Although I wish the underhand grip option was a tad bit larger, I am splitting hairs here it worked just fine. I chose the 23.6 Inch bar and found the length to be spot on for pull down and seated rowing exercises. Some bars I have used in the past felt way to wide, causing a bit of discomfort in the shoulder region. Personally, I was looking for bar a bit wider than shoulder width and this fit the bill. I am also a fan of the palm facing grip, versus palm forward, especially when performing any rowing type exercise. Overall, I really like this bar. I do think the manufacturer should spend a bit of time improving the quality of their graphic, brand logo as that is the only thing that looks cheap. Again, I am splitting hairs here.

This review is for the 33” wide grip lat bar. I own some similar that I have been happy with and this lat bar is a great addition to my setup. The material is sturdy and comfortable to grip. The side grips are a good size and very ergonomic with the neutral grip. This bar also has protruding grips on top for a closer grip, non-neutral hold for variety. It is a solid lat bar. Like all of the neutral lat bars that I have seen, this requires a large 4” carabiner (not included). This is good on its own and can be purchased in a set of various sizes.

This KKH Back Mag Grip Lat Pull Down Bar (The AA or Largest size) is great! The grip are very comfortable and position your hands and fingers/thumb in very natural places. The bar itself is very solid with a nice rubberized coating. One odd thing that was minor was that the included carabiner/clip was too small to use with this bar. I was able to use the one already on my cable pull down so no issue. This appears to be a much more economical option to others that are available without sacrificing anything in terms of quality.

This bar works great. It would be a 5 star item but the size of the connector where you clip the carabiner to is a little too thick. It's a bit of a pain to clip and unclip because the carabiner barely fits. Either a larger carabiner or a smaller connector would help. Other than that, it's great. Perfect spacing to do close grip bicep pull downs or neutral grip lat pull downs. The rubber is comfortable to grip.
