Would have been nice to have contact info to reach out to KitsPro directly, but fortunate Amazon CS was able to remedy. Product fairly easy to install. Went on fairly easily. One is slightly wider than the other as I believe they note. Look good and serve their purpose. Update after a little over 2 months installed, the bolts are rusting. Went to the local hardware store and replaced the. With M6 x1.0 stainless steel bolts. Looks much better and shouldn’t rust as easily

Highly recommend these for the Highlander! The only thing I can say is you have to make sure you have some tools and everything is aligned properly. When putting the covers just look at the direction it faces then trying to read the inside. Otherwise super easy to install. I also did it by myself with no help.

This was very easy to install and it feels real solid. Looks great too. I am so thankful that some people in this life are humble and honest. My Toyota dealer is so pathetically greedy they wanted to charge me $1,200 for the same thing, this was so upsetting and I was shocked at the price. I said, “looks like I am never getting a roof rack until I can find a better price.” Thanks be to God, He made these people and blessed them with a well priced product.
