Everything needed was included, and the instructions were easy to follow. It really can be installed in about 15 minutes without calling a plumber. What really stood out was the customer service. I needed an adapter for my shutoff valves and contacted the seller. They responded quickly, fixed the issue immediately, and mailed the adapter right away. I received it within 48 hours, which made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, this is a great faucet with excellent build quality, thoughtful design, and responsive support. Doesnt have the quality of the brand names, but not bad for the price. Easy to install, works well and actually looks more expensive than it is. If you are looking for something to last many years maybe go with the better quality brands. But for the price you can't beat this.

⭐⭐🌟⭐⭐ Five stars. Easy to install, make sure you have a faucet wrench if your old faucet is "sticky". Look is great, it seems easy to wash. So far sturdy and no budge after installation. Water flow is as good as the supply. Pause is a bit abrupt so if your pressure is high you may need to look into a water harmer product. Tldr installation took 10 minutes, uninstalling an old 90's faucet took 40 minutes. Make sure to get some silicone calk. ... show more

works great so far. seems to be pretty good quality. had a crappy fixed 2 handle leaking faucet that i didnt want to spend alot on. its not 200 brand name at the box store. its not heavy duty so dont expect that. i know its cheap so i dont manhandle it and it seems pretty good so far. the extendable hose is useful as well as the sprayer settings. the handle and valve seem ok. the hoses are preattached and the one i recieved had one longer than the other but luckily it was just about enough to reach each valve in my situation. ... show more

Works great so far. Although marketed for RV sinks, worked well on standard 3 hole stainless sink in apartment. Not hard to install. Had all the pieces including base plate to cover unused holes. It has been a few weeks. Lets see if it holds up.
