These are a very good quality that will last for years, very durable. The grandkids play soccer in the summer and these can even be used indoors in bad weather. Very happy with the variety of agility tests. I would recommend this for all. Doesn’t have to be used by sports enthusiasts can be used by anyone.

The resistance bands it got don’t have any cut to put my arms or leds through I was really excited for this as I’m training in my off season getting ready for my next and final season as a senior but I get disappointed but this mistake

This training set is ideal for young athletes. It offers excellent training equipment to improve agility, coordination, and endurance. Although adults can benefit from this set for building skills, I think it will hold up better with younger users. With the exception of the ladder and cones, each of the items includes carrying bags. This helps with portability and quick setup. This set can be used for indoor and outdoor training, making it convenient for keeping a routine despite weather conditions. Helpful recommendations for training exercises are provided with the set.

This is a great agility set complete with cones, jump rope, parachute, ladder and more. I use it to train my 10yr old son and his coordination and foot speed have all increased after a few months of training. The kit comes with a carrying case that makes storage and transport easy. Great set to increase agility for all ages and skill levels!
