I have punched two of these faucets, in separate homes. My only complaint is the grey plastic socket the sprayer locks into gets popped out when replacing the faucet. One must be careful to not let the top of the faucet handle strike the socket or it pops out and must be reset in place. Overall I absolutely love this faucet. I only gave it 3 stars for sturdiness because of the arm that holds the sprayer moves probably 1 inch up and down and the set screw does nothing to keep it in place. It just gives me an uneasy feeling that either this is a defect or will cause problems in the future. I also think that it is valued well overall. It looks amazing but don’t waste your money. In my opinion it’s very poor quality. We installed this 2 weeks ago and already have a leak from the sprayer hose. If you purchase this leave the sprayer in it’s bracket. Otherwise you will be replacing it in no time.

We ordered this and four months later the hot water does not work. There is something wrong with the valve. I have searched for a way to contact the seller to ask for help and this is the only thing I have found to do. I'm hoping the seller will give me a solution.
