I only gave it 3 stars for sturdiness because of the arm that holds the sprayer moves probably 1 inch up and down and the set screw does nothing to keep it in place. It just gives me an uneasy feeling that either this is a defect or will cause problems in the future. I also think that it is valued well overall. I been using it only for about 3 weeks and it’s licking already. Loved the look not sure if I can trust the brand now. Second remark; So after communicating with seller they sent a replacement part and it was quick and easy to fix and replace. Wife loves the look and now we know how to quickly fix any issues with it. It looks amazing but don’t waste your money. In my opinion it’s very poor quality. We installed this 2 weeks ago and already have a leak from the sprayer hose. If you purchase this leave the sprayer in it’s bracket. Otherwise you will be replacing it in no time.

I had to buy some hoses to extend the existing hoses since it didn't reach. I was able to install it fairly easy after that. There is a special plumbers tool you can get to help tighten the main bracket if it's though to get to like mine.
