I absolutely love the silicone brushes - and this set sold me as it is all made from one piece so nowhere for water to get trapped in it, unlike some of the other brushes. I normally use these more to spread the olive oil around in the pan/dishes that I'm cooking with. Works perfectly for that!! Would probably work great for adding sauce on items (BBQ sauce on some ribs anyone? YUMMM) I just haven't fixed anything like that to need to use it for that purpose.
