    • Sharp but not rust-resistant
I was really impressed by how sharp these knives are, and they are also quite lightweight and easy to handle. The only downside is that they aren't rust-resistant. After just one day of use, I started to see a few tiny rust spots appearing, which is a drawback. After washing them, don’t let them air dry. That’s where I made a mistake. Instead, wash and dry them right away and put them back in the plastic safety covers. I give them 4 stars for sharpness and short-term durability. Honestly, I can't see these lasting for the long-term, which explains the low price. ... show more

I haven't owned really good knives for a long time, so when I began using the chefs knife for slicing some raw chicken to cook - oh Mama! it was like slicing thru melted butter. This chef's knife is so sharp, and easy handling, if you need knives, get these!
