after using my previous mixer for 26 years, i was reluctant to replace it with something "new". i am totally satisfied with the ease of use, as well as the variable speed feature. easy to clean unit and bowls, as well as the utensil beater. color choice is also nice. would purchase this item again.

I recently started getting into making bread but sucked at kneading so I looked for a stand mixer that had the dough hook. I did not want to invest a whole bunch of money on something that may be a passing fad for me so after some research and with Prime Days, I purchased this :) It has definitely improved my bread making skills...my homemade breads are coming out like I bought them from a bakery :) The only things I am concerned about is that there isn't really any direction on speed. A lot of recipes will tell you to knead for so long at this speed (usually medium high) but just turning the dial a little seems to make it go really fast which leads to the second part. It is not very solid so it rocks a bit especially at the higher speeds; I have to stand there and kinda hold it down to make sure it doesn't rock itself off the counter. It does have suction on the bottom that seems to stick really well but this rocking can get violent sometimes so it doesn't 'stick' Overall though, I'm in the kitchen anyway so holding it down for a bit hasn't been to big of a hassle and again, my bread is almost bakery worthy so total win.

I used my "Kitchen in the box Stand Mixer" for the first time. I made Mexican Wedding Cookies (my husband's favorite). The mixer made the process sooo much easier than mixing by hand and the cookies came out lighter and fluffier. This is a solid mixer that works great and for the money you cannot go wrong! I truly don't understand why anyone would pay 3x more for that other brand (that also starts with Kitchen). Oh, and in case anyone wants it, I posted a pic of the cookie recipe, too. This is the best one I've tried. Enjoy!

I think buying a kitchen aid is very over priced because this did the exact same thing. The low speed was exactly how I wanted it to be and the fast speed was perfect. This colors was the cutest looking piece with the metal and plastic material combined. No rust anywhere and the sizing is perfect. Not too big and fits perfectly in my cabinets and in the corner in my counter. This is the best mixer I’ve ever purchased.

I SENT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT [email protected] ON SUNDAY, 12/08/2024, AT 7:45pm, AND HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BACK AS OF 5PM ON TUESDAY, 12/10/2024 - THEY SAID THAT I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS..... Hello, I need some help please. Yesterday I used my new mixer for the second time. I was making sugar cookies to decorate for the holidays. I used the Flat Beater attachment and now I can’t get the attachment to come out. I had no problem using the Egg Whisk attachment. That attachment was extremely easy to install and remove and I really appreciate that! The silver part that is attached to the actual mixer itself is turning too when I try to turn the attachment to remove it, per my attached photo, so it will not come out. This is the first mixer that I’ve ever had of my own. I ordered it from Amazon. I do like that it’s lightweight and I love the blue color. However, there’s no turn table like my mother’s mixer has. Also, whatever ingredients you are trying to mix together using this mixer get stuck on the sides and on the bottom of both of the mixing bowls. It’s extremely difficult to add any ingredients into the mixer as there is barely any room whatsoever to do so no matter whether the top of the mixer is down or lifted up. I just bought this mixer from Amazon at the end of November 2024, as I was asked to make my mother’s pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I am very disappointed that it is so difficult to add ingredients and that the ingredients are sticking to the sides and the bottom of both mixing bowls. Then, to top it all off, the dang attachment is stuck and I can’t get it out. If I want to use my brand new mixer again, I am stuck with this one attachment and the splash guard is stuck on there too now because it can’t be removed either now unless I ever figure out how to remove the dang attachment first! Please help me or even better, please give me a refund as I am extremely disappointed. I want a mixer that works well. This mixer needs to be engineered in a much better way in my opinion. I look forward to receiving a reply. Thank you for your help.
