Received my Kitchen in a box yesterday and promptly made cookie dough in the evening. The first batch had 2 recipes of cookie dough with a total of 2-1/2 cups of flour and 2 cups of sugar. The 2nd batch had 3 recipes of cookie dough with 5-1/4 cups of flour and 3 cups of sugar. Both batches came out great and the mixer had no issues mixing the cookie dough. I probably will only double recipes in the future but wanted to test out how the mixer would work. I am very pleased and highly recommend this product for the quality and value for money! The only thing I would have liked better would have been to have a wider bowl so it's easier to scrape the sides of the bowl but, I can work with that. I will make more cookie dough today.

We’ve used this stand mixer a few times now, and we’re really happy with it so far! It’s incredibly easy to use, and I love how simple it is to clean after each use—no awkward crevices or fuss. It handles everyday mixing jobs like a champ, from cookie dough to bread dough, and the two included bowls are a nice bonus for swapping between tasks quickly. The design looks sleek on the counter, and the 10-speed settings give plenty of flexibility for different recipes. So far, no cons to report—everything works exactly as expected. Great value for the price and perfect for anyone looking for a reliable everyday mixer.

This stand mixer is simply BEAUTIFUL. It is also well outfitted with tools and bowls. The size is brilliant, larger than my old Sunbeam Mixmaster, and yet does not occupy so much counter space there is no room for ingredients. As the only two things I have prepared so far are brownies and Anadama bread, neither of which requires a mixer, i have not yet used it. This mixer's build is in quality vastly superior to the inexpensive Mixmaster I had for so many years, and the fact that the tools are all aluminum and not silicone is a huge plus for health conscious food preparers. This is y a great resource for both regular users and occasional users since it adds beauty as well as enhanced functionality and flexibility to food prep. So far, its durability and performance are stellar. if regular use contraindicates this , I'll re-review. i LOVE the beaters and the dough hook , they revolve on a cylinder and pick up all the stainless bowl's ingredients toroughly. For my carefully considered purchases and quality hunting finds, this mixer provides fine function in an actually lovely design.
