Used these to make homemade pizzas at home. They cooked perfectly and evenly with a crispy dough at the bottom. Cooked them for 20-25 minutes. Pizzas came out easily and did not get stuck although I did oil before I placed the dough on top. Love the handles for easy grab once they are done.

what you've been doing if you've just been putting the frozen pizza on the oven rack. These pans do block some of the heat I think BUT they keep the crumbs and whatnot from being on the rack and in the bottom of the oven. It's worth a couple extra minutes at a slightly lower temperature to get the crispy pizza crust and still have a clean oven. ... show more
