This is an excellent, small sized stand mixer that I am so excited to get. I had wanted the white one, but that was out of stock so I chose the black, and it's sleek and tidy looking. It comes with 2 bowls, one stainless and one plastic/resin, and they both lock into place while the mixer does its thing. I used this tonight to whip up a batch of bagels for supper and I was so pleased with the way it kneaded the dough. The dough hook works perfectly, and grabs all the sides of the bowl so nothing is left behind on the sides. I typically use a Danish dough hook/mixer to make my breads but I think that is changing now. The mixer has simple features, 10 speeds, 3 mixing attachments, and also a splash guard. It slides into a corner easily OR since it's not too large or heavy you can easily pick it up and slide into a nearby cabinet. I recently injured my shoulder and mixing bread dough was hard on my arm and shoulder every time. This made it so easy to mix the dough and it did a great job at kneading it to just the right consistency. It saved my shoulder and made soft, fluffy bagels. So far I love this. I have a whole bunch of new recipes I want to try and plan to use this for many of them. The price point on this is fantastic (under $99 at the time of this review). Highly recommend for value, space-saving, features and use.

I wasn’t planning to become a “baking person,” but this little stand mixer had other ideas. First off, can we talk about how cute it looks in matte black? It actually makes my kitchen counter look cooler. And it doesn’t hog space like those giant mixers—finally, something that fits in my apartment kitchen without looking like a spaceship. It comes with TWO bowls (love that), and the 10 speeds actually make a difference. I’ve whipped cream, kneaded pizza dough, and even tackled a banana bread moment—all without it breaking a sweat. The egg whisk, dough hook, and beater are all super easy to swap in and clean. No weird rattling, no tipping over, just smooth and steady mixing. Also: it’s lightweight. I can move it around without throwing out my back. Big win. If you’re a casual baker, weekend cookie monster, or just want to impress your friends with something homemade, this is 100% worth it. Looks good, works great, and doesn’t make you feel like you need a culinary degree to use it.

This is a very nice little mixer! It came in black, with a stainless trim, which goes well with just about any aesthetic. It has a decent amount of power to mix up thick doughs. I like that it's compact and doesn't weigh much. I also like that it comes with several attachments and two mixing bowls. It's also a pretty decent price, at just about $90 at the time this review was written. It is very small but at that price, it's affordable for someone just starting out and doesn't have a huge crew to cook for. In all, I think it's a decent mixer at a decent price and would be the perfect addition to any small kitchen.

I ordered the Kitchen in the Box Stand Mixer as a gift for someone who lives in an apartment. It weighs only 5 lbs. The smaller, compact size of this unit is perfect for storing in a smaller place. And it does everything a bigger stand mixer will do including tilt. It has 10 speeds, 2 bowls and several beaters.

This is a nice little mixer. Mine came with 2 mixing bowls. Plastic and metal. There's a cover that I can put on it to stop the mix from spilling while in use. It works well. It doesn't take up a ton of space since it's a bit smaller than the full sized one. So far, it seems to do a good job.
