Everything needed was included, and the instructions were easy to follow. It really can be installed in about 15 minutes without calling a plumber. What really stood out was the customer service. I needed an adapter for my shutoff valves and contacted the seller. They responded quickly, fixed the issue immediately, and mailed the adapter right away. Installed this in less then 10 minutes. Probably took longer to remove the older one where the thread got rusted. Nice unit, comes packed really nice and includes everything you need. I got the brushed nickel color and it matches everything else around. Water flows normally with no problems. The weight it’s heavy enough to retract the head good. I like a lot that the head it’s on a metal ball and moves with no restrictions. It has normal flow, spray and stop flow if you keep pressed that button. I had this faucet in my shopping cart for quite a while... Then... Black Friday! Boom! I went ahead and bought it because I was planning on replacing my kitchen sink faucet at some point. About a week after it arrived, my existing faucet committed suicide! Water everywhere! I whipped this faucet out of the box and promptly set to task. Braving the scalding hot water as I wrenched the ancient valves closed under the sink, I irreverently ripped the old sprung spigot from its socket and within minutes, had this one installed! Looks great! Works great! Took a while to mop up the mess the prior spratty spout left, but I'm happy it sacrificed itself for progress! Great price, perfect timing! ... show more

Quality coating on the faucet in brushed nickel gives it a nice look with the stainless sink.
