These trays fit perfectly in the space provided in my freezer. The ice comes out easily and has a nice shape and size. In my house I’m the ice maker so a good tray is important to me. These are good quality and I think they will last with the frequent use.

    • Nice trays...mostly "easy" release...but they do stick a little bit

These trays feels really sturdy and durabe, i don't feel like if i twist too hard they are going to snap like many other trays. The size of the cube are slighly bigger than i'm used to, but for me thats good, i use 3 of them instead of the usual 4 i normally would use and they work out pefectly that way. Easy Release: For this i've had mixed results, sometimes(or a majority of the times i should say) they do release VERY easily with just light lightest twist. When it works out this way it's perfect. Then there are a few times in between when i have to wrestle with it to get it to release and then when it finally does it pops some of the ice into the air even dropped one one or two cubes on the floor so not too happy about this but it hasn't happen too often to be a big deal and it's something i'm used to with most other trays anyway. Stacking: I read some really good reviews here about them stacking and not sticking, but this isn't true at all in my experience so far, and really have a hard time seeing how it works for other reviewers. The only way i can see these not sticking is if you fill the water level maybe about 90% or so, but thats an inconvenient work around i would say I did try different water levels and of course it works better with lower level water. but just normally filling the tray, stacking them in the freezer and trying to lift up once made, there is definite sticking, BUT it's still relatively easy to get it unstuck, it's nowhere near as bad as some others i've used before where it would stick so much that it will pull out the cubes from the tray it's sitting one. This one did that twice but only pulled out 2 cubes, and those times the water level may have been slighly too hugh, for the most part it sticks and is easily released without much effort so not a big deal here again. As a single stand alone tray i'd give this a 5 star, it's mostly easy release, nice size ice cubes, very sturdy and durable feeling, BUT i bought them mainly because of the stacking feature and since that isn't as good as i expected in addition to the easy release no always being "easy", i'm gonna go with a 4 out of 5. Still a great deal for 4 trays at this price($10) or even at the full price of $20 bucks would be a good buy. ... show more

I have been on a year long quest to find ice cube trays that I didn't have to swear at every time I tried to get the ice cubes out. I have gone through all kinds - plastic, all silicone , part silicone ,etc. It was such a struggle to get ice cubes out of any of these. When I saw the glowing reviews for these trays I thought, what do I have to lose? When I got the pack of 4, I only took one out to try thinking I would probably be sending them back anyways. Low and behold, I barely had to twist the tray and ALL of the ice cubes fell out cleanly. Not one got stuck. I was thinking - wow. But maybe I just got lucky. I filled it again and when all were frozen - the same thing. A small twist of the tray and every single cube came out. Who would have thought that an ice cube tray could give me such happiness and joy! LOL. Needless to say I am keeping all 4. Since I just got them, I can't account for their longevity but they seem well made and much stronger than any of the trays I was buying at all of the local home goods stores to try. I highly recommend these if you are looking for an ice cube tray that actually works. ... show more

Great product. Makes large ice cubes and super easy to empty. Stacks very nice in the freezer and is ready in 4 hours. The silicon ones that are everywhere are horrible. Stick with this you won't be disappointed.

Best ice trays ever - easy to use and durable, I had my first set since 2020 and only in 2026 did it begin to crack. These beat silicone trays any day for ease of use. If you want good ice trays, get these.

After trying silicone, other plastic, and old-fashioned aluminum trays, I finally got these. The silicone ice trays made the ice taste funny; other plastic brands cracked on the first or second use, and don't get me started on the old-fashioned aluminum trays. Every arm wrestle a man-bear-porcupine creature with rabies? Well, it wasn't like that, but it did bruise the palm of my hand, and I broke a nail so short it was bleeding. These worked perfectly right out of the box. (Yes, I washed them first, you heathen) The cubes are large, and the tray self-levels the water (as it should), with a high enough edge to keep it from spilling over. It doesn't take a power lifter to empty the tray; they just fall out (sometimes without warning) when you tip it over, so make sure you're over the ice bucket. Oh, and pro-tip...use an ice bucket. ... show more
