Please note before you purchase this ice maker. It does not have refrigeration meaning if you make ice and don't use it right away it melts. In my case it melted and formed a block of ice at the bottom. It does recycle the water when the ice melts which is another aspect of this ice make I don't like. I wouldn't recommend this ice maker, horrible

So far so good. This is the second water cooler with ice maker I have purchased. The first one (different brand) lasted about 15 mos. (Just past the warranty🙄) and just quit cooling. I’ve had this one a couple of months, and like it so far. Keeps the water colder then the first one I purchased. One negative is it is very tricky trying to put water in any bottle because there is not a spout you can see, so unless the bottle has a big opening, there will probably be some spillage.

The media could not be loaded. I cannot find anything wrong with it yet. I know it will take maintenance from other reviews and the instructions like descaling and cleaning. The ice makes pretty fast. Hope it keeps working for a long time as it was pretty pricey. As per one review threw out first cup of water and batch of ice.

Editing to add - customer service has been absolutely amazing to work with! They have responded quickly to my review and have taken steps to remedy this situation. It had an ice maker also, I thought this feature would be useful but the ice does melt fairly quick. The water dispenses slow in comparison to other machines I’ve used. I’m not as impressed at I thought I would be.

I bought this because the reviews are so good. This is one of the very rare times that I felt so strongly that the reviews misled me, that I came back to review a product I that I returned. 1. The water dispenser of this is so low pressure it too almost 60 seconds to fill a 24oz bottle. 2. The water in the cooler isn’t always cold in the tank. You have to push the cooling button to activate cold water, but the catch is after a certain timeframe your water with return back to room temp. So in order to have cold water you need to have the foresight to cool the water first ahead of when you’ll actually want the water. 3. The ice melts and re-enters the water storage tank. That seems cool until you randomly want ice and you have to wait for the machine to remake ice because you didn’t consume it or make it prior to wanting it. 4. The refill area is big enough for a regular 16 oz glass. No hydroflasks, nothing bigger or longer than the standard glass is reasonably being filled without holding the cup/liquid holder in an off position. 5. Last and this may seem petty, this top load machine is not easy to reload. If you don’t get it right on the mark or have the backfill cap installed on your 5gal water jug, you’re going to spill. The capture vessel to turn the jug upside down is very small. Overall, spend the extra money on an excellent water dispenser or buy an old one on FB Marketplace. This is not the one.
