Haven’t had any issues. Been using it to store my wife’s breastmilk and overflow meat/food from kitchen. Tons of room. We bought some additional storage baskets to move things around a bit easier. Thing takes a beating in the garage from equipment, cars, etc. hold up really well.

Worst item i ever bought, I got it brand new and the rubber door gasket wasn't sealing. So I contacted the company and they said we don't sell parts. So I have a freezer with a leaky rubber seal and just keeps icing up. Company said try to find gasket on Amazon. Great company, they sell u the unit but can't get parts, those of you that have one, you wasted your money on a scrappy company, who sells you a freezer and then try getting parts. I have called at least 10 appliance stores, they said they never heard of them and they all said when I gave them the model # they said never heard of that number. SO REALLY WHAT KIND OF SHADDY COMPANY IS THIS, TO MAKE A PTODUVT YOU CANT GET PARTS FOR.
