Came in damaged.. after the snow, I went to assemble and it seems this may be a return.. metal is bent.. the bolts were not there along with washers and I think the buttons that click to fold.. had to piece-meal to make it at least lift..wouldn’t really know with the instructions are so small, they may as well written it on a grain of rice… bad business ... show more

    • Don't order this large item from amazon.
I had to order 2 of these because the 1st one came in and the box was destroyed and just about everything in the box was damaged. The box was taped up like it was a return and resold. I had to call customer service and do a return for that one, I then tried to order the exact same one in red again as soon as I got off the phone with Amazon and it was now unavailable, ( only 3 days after I originally ordered it) so I had to get a yellow one, which cost me $8 more for the exact same brand? When that one came in 4 days later, it also was damaged. For all the hassles & because I lost money on the jobs I was supposed to do with it, it gave me a partial refund and told me to keep it. You're better off of going to Harbor freight and just picking up one that's not damaged for $40 more. As far as the unit goes, it does work, the wheels squeak like crazy and the pump on the hydraulic piston is extremely sloppy. ... show more
