I have not had a espresso maker like this. I bought this for my vacation home, I usually use a superautomatica, but the prices on those have skyrocketed, so I though I would take a chance, and I am glad I did. This espresso maker makes great coffee and I was surprised by the fexabilty of grind, amount of ground coffee dispensed, heat of water, etc. The water tank is large. The steam works very well. The unit does depressurize itself after steaming into the drip tray, do you need to keep an eye on water buildup. The coffee bean holder holds a good amount of beans, and the lid seals to help keep it fresh. I have used this for about two months every weekend, making about 12 cups a weekend, and so far so good. Have no idea of long term reliability, but so far so good!

I am very disappointed with this espresso machine. I purchased it with modest expectations—I wasn’t looking for a premium coffee experience, just a machine capable of making decent espresso and the occasional latte, cappuccino, or flat white. Initially, it performed adequately, but problems began after the first descaling cycle. The controls started behaving erratically, and the machine became increasingly unreliable. The final straw was when it stopped shutting off automatically during extraction and continued pouring coffee until manually stopped. The coffee puck was also consistently watery and sloppy, although I was willing to overlook that issue given the price point. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted Kismile multiple times by phone and email and received no meaningful response. Fortunately, Amazon stepped in, listened to my concerns, issued a full refund, and even apologized for the experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kismile products. Poor product reliability combined with non-existent customer service is unacceptable. I have since switched to a Breville machine and wish I had done so from the beginning. A big thank you to Amazon for standing behind their customers and resolving the issue professionally.

I recently picked up this espresso machine and have been really happy with it so far. It’s super beginner-friendly — I was able to start brewing right away without needing to figure out anything complicated. The controls are straightforward, which I appreciate since I didn’t want to deal with a bunch of confusing settings. It also heats up pretty quickly, so I can make coffee in just a few minutes, which is perfect for busy mornings. Cleaning has been easy too — the removable water tank and drip tray make a big difference. I’d say this is a great entry-level machine if you’re just getting into espresso. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much counter space, and fits nicely in my kitchen. Overall, it’s been perfect for daily use and exactly what I was looking for.

This is my second Kismile machine. The reason it’s my second is because my first one had a weird film in the hopper and wouldn’t come clean - after years of use. But anyways- I bought the upgraded version of my first one with the money I had from the warranty plan. I love this one because this one actually has a reader on it and tells you exactly if you’re getting the correct espresso. Love that it also tells you when it needs to be descaled. My old one did not have that. Makes a great cup every single time! You can see how it fits on my counter. It’s not huge, but it’s not small either. And for the money, it’s definitely worth the purchase. I will always be a fan of this brand
