UPDATE: I purchased an expensive Shark after this because I wanted a smoothing attachment. I did wait 2 years after purchasing the inglam, hoping inglam would come out with a smoothing attachment. Long story short, the Shark is very heavy, bulky and the smoothing attachment makes my hair look dirty and weighed down, so, back to my Inglam after just a few uses of the shark- even their cord is heavy with some kind of huge box attached to the cord! Uuuugh!. The Inglam is lighter, at just .75 lbs!!! You dont even know you are holding a hair dryer!!! It dries faster and hands down is a better dryer! It is still working perfectly after all this time and use! I have since gone through shark, Lange, Revlon and a bunch of others and usually after 2 tries, its back to Inglam. I wont.purchasevanynothervdryer again. Its way better and lighter than the others! Lighter gives you much more control of the results! I got this dryer 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have been using it every day. It beats my $400 dryer, hands down! My other dryer had no way to control heat so my hair got fried. This has both heat and speed settings and a cold shot, as well. The comb that came with this dryer is a tool I never even knew about, before, but after using it, I cannot imagine ever having done without it. It straightens ny hair, effortlessly, without damage. Do not hesitate. This is a fantastic hair dryer and light as a feather! Winner!

I have been a hairdresser for 23 years, and recently my professional salon dryer was on the fritz. After weeks of searching, I discovered that there are these new types of dryers, but I wasn’t sold on the idea, so I thought I would try this one out, knowing that if I didn’t like it I could return it. I have not picked up my old blow dryer once since this one came. It is super lightweight, dries the hair faster, and the noise it creates it WAY LESS, which makes it much easier to talk to my clients during a blowout. The attachments are easy to use and it comes with lots of goodies that make travel super easy! I've had this dryer for a couple of months now. I love that it is lightweight and seems to dry my hair more quickly, with less frizz than my old Conair blow dryer. My only significant complaint is the size and location of the on/off switch. It's positioned on the back of the handle so your palm can hit it as you are styling your hair. It's also a teeny, tiny switch that is somewhat recessed in the handle so it's not exactly a quick on/off maneuver. Not a fatal flaw...but something that could be improved in a future model.

So first of all, I’d like to say I have in been using this blow dryer for about a week. I am a professional hairstylist that uses a blow dryer all for 6-8 hours. I was worried that this product wouldn’t hold up well.. only because I have never bought something like this from Amazon for my work! But, this blow dryer is amazing. And I hope it lasts a good while. At least a year or longer. I feel like a good professional blow dryer should last at least two years if it’s being used every day. I don’t know what to say other than im amazed at how well it works. It cuts down my drying time. The hair seems to feel nicer afterwards. It’s EXTREMELY LIGHT. Which is one of the things I had to get used to. It get hot! Which is the other thing I had to get used to. All in all it is an amazing product and I hope it lasts me a while. Get this blow dryer!
