This is a super cute chair. It arrives in a heavy box. It was fairly easy to assemble, with my son's help. I was able to get everything lined up except for the third and last screw.....I was not strong enough to push the back into place and get the screw in at the same time but my son was!!!! The chair is small but is just adorable. The frame seems to be very sturdy and holds weight well. I was pleasantly surprised to see it had a hidden storage area. I did not notice that detail when I ordered the chair. The storage area is the perfect size to hold the pillow and a nice throw. The fabric of the chair looks nice and is fairly durable against my cat attacks. It is definitely a cat magnet and I have to keep a throw over it, when not in use, to keep the cats from using it as a scratching post. The chair swivels easily and quietly. This is not a chair for stretching out and getting comfortable while watching TV or reading a good book but is perfect for the occasional company or in an office or nursery. 4-1-24 This arrives in a large heavy box, so be prepared. Everything was packed well to prevent any damage during its travels and the full page illustrated instructions are easy to follow. It took me around 30 minutes to unbox and assemble. Its easy to line up the 1st 2 bolts and took a little pressure to secure the 3rd one. It's only 3 bolts to assemble. This is the perfect size, 29" at the widest point, for a bedroom, office, small space or an occasional chair. I replaced an armless chair with this, making my guests more comfortable and not feel like your sitting in a waiting room. It's comfortable and roughly the same seat height as a standard dining chair. The 22" diameter foam and batting cushion is dense with medium firmness. It has 2 removable covers. The outer cover is a woven low pile chenille upholstery, same as the entire chair, while the inner cover is a smooth nylon type fabric making it easy to slide the outer cover on. The back pillow is also double covered and filled with the same type of fluff many cheaper bed pillows are. This is good to use with shorter people, but the seat back/armrests are also padded so can be used without the pillow for taller people. I'm 5'9", my husband is 6'2" and neither of use the pillow, and the backrest hits me about the middle of my back. Neither find it uncomfortable, but also aren't sitting in it for hours on end. I wouldn't consider this comfortable enough to marathon entire seasons of favorite shows, but could be doable if you have an ottoman. It swivels well without being loose. This prevents my grandkids from using it as a merry-go-round. Anyone who sits, thinks it's also a rocker, but it's not. I'll be ordering the mechanism to change that, because who doesn't love a swivel rocker. The added storage is a good size, accommodation for my thickest fluffiest throw, 2 average thickness throws, or the pillow and a medium thickness throw. Overall it's a nice piece of furniture that seems well built. I'd expect the tops of the padded arms to wear down and you would begin to feel the wood frame if used as main seating. I'm pleased with it for my use, appreciate the sturdy build and small size for additional occasional seating. I don't believe you'll be disappointed. This is a cute tiny swivel chair. Pay attention to dimensions in the description because it definitely is small. That makes this perfect for slightly smaller spaces. It looks nice, is comfortable, and the storage compartment below is an amazing additional feature. It isn't huge, but it's big enough to fit a single blanket or use as a hidden toy box. The cushions are nice and plush and the swivel is quiet. This chair would be a great fit for a guest or child's room. This round grey swivel chair is the coolest piece of furniture in the room. It actually looks more sleek and sophisticated without the square back pillow. We are using that as a throw pillow for the couch instead. Can’t believe it does a full 360 turn rather than just a side to side turn. I never thought that feature alone would be such a big deal, but it really makes a difference when you can spin around in your chair to see every corner of the room, every hiding cat and every naughty sneaky thing your little one does when he thinks you’re not looking. Then there is the hidden storage under the seat…major bonus! This accent chair has everything any bedroom, living room or family room could want. Assembly was pretty smooth as well. This is a beautiful, well-made chair but we were surprised at how small it is. It sits lower than our other chairs and is not comfortable for my husband to sit in at 5’11” so anyone over 6’ would not fit easily in it. It’s certainly wide enough to accommodate the average sized person and the pillow that is included with it makes the back soft enough that it would be comfortable if it was a bit taller. The storage feature is really nice for putting throw blankets or toys in and this is the perfect solution for a small apartment or a child’s room. ... show more
