This has been a plus so far because they don’t blow around our deck in heavy winds, which other lighter weight chairs do. The media could not be loaded. Overall a nice chair. Very handy to have a cup holder and it is fairly sturdy and well built. Comfortable. It's a little bit finicky to get the chair to lean back because the arms sometimes don't lift up to go back and be careful not to pinch your fingers when leaning back on the arm rest underside! Good material to power wash off dirt and bird poop The main big reason it isn't 5 stars- The safety pin holes on the front legs to prevent the chair from folding up, the part of that hole in the inside of the chair near the groove track for the foot/leg rest, often times the bolt on the foot/leg rest that follows that groove comes out and gets stuck in the pin hole, the groove track and safety pin hole are right next to each other. So when you are trying to put the foot rest back into the chair it doesn't go back in without some major pushing pulling and wiggling when it slips out of the groove (which was happening a lot to my 2 chairs I bought). I have decided to loosen the bolts completely to the point that the foot leg rest can come fully out of the chair, then when I want to use the foot rest I stick the part that would go into the chair partially in the chair (the front of the chair under the seat) and lower the foot rest legs. ALSO, if you are sitting and want to get the foot rest out from under your seat, it's very difficult to do so. My brother, wife and myself all had issues with this. Most times you have to stand up to take out the foot rest. To get back into your seat with the foot rest out is difficult also. Might be better idea to get a foot rest that is separate from the chair, then you can move it when you need to get up easier and move it back after you sit, without trying to step over the foot rest. I'm going to keep the foot rests off the 2 chairs I purchased now. I don't think I would return the chairs, but I was pretty close to returning the chairs.

These chairs are priced well for the quality and looks! Easy to assemble (these are the 12th & 13th Adirondack chairs I’ve got around our property for different sitting areas. Frankly, of the resin chairs I’ve got, these are the best. I was worried about the recline and foot rest because I have these on the beach of our pond, but the recline function works easily and the footrest is great for relaxing by the water. I put these together easily and quickly. The quality seems good. I bought the dark gray and the color is what I expected. All things considered, I’d highly recommend these. For the price they are perfect!

I can’t even believe my good fortune in finding this set of four HDEP Adirondack Chairs by KINGYES! The chairs have adjustable backs and retractable foot rests making them perfect for sitting in the sun on my deck or on my dock. I love that they are made from heavy duty plastic wood and should last far longer than my wooden chairs ever have. The color is a bright turquoise and, well, fun! It feels like summer just looking at these chairs. They required some assembly but no more than chairs I’ve ordered that cost twice as much. I cannot say enough positive things about this set of chairs, I LOVE THEM!

2 Pack Adirondack Adjustable Chairs with Footrest Yellow. FYI they ship in separate boxes. These particular chairs are made from a lower grade of HDPE. I have several other brands of HDPE patio furniture which are much stronger. (The ares and legs do not flex when sitting down or raising up). My other brands have a superior finish in color and smoothness. (These KINGYES chairs seem to be lacking pigment saturation in the coloring process. The finished sides and bottoms of the arm rest pieces are fairly rough and not clean looking or feeling. The front legs are supported by only 1 screw in each leg. They expect these 2 screws through the front legs into the seat to support 330 pounds and while you get in and out of the chair holding the are rests they flex out from the seat putting extra strain on those 2 screws mentioned. The armrest piece on 1 side had some sort of finishing damage that left a large pointed deposit that cut my finger during the installation. ( I should have stopped at that point and put everything back in the box to return.) The reclining feature is terrible and extremely difficult to adjust. And again when you pull up and use any force on the armrest the front legs warp outwards. Again how long will those 2 small screws hold the front legs, not long according to other unhappy purchasers. I agree these chairs are dangerous I bought the 2 pack of Adirondack adjustable, folding with foot rest In yellow. I put 1 together and tried it out and had others try it out for a couple days and NOT ONE PERSON was able to operate the reclining mechanism. EVERYONE noted the front legs warp outwards flexing. The 275 pounder was not able to slide the foot rest in and out while seated because the seat slats bowed down in the area for the foot rest. Of course everyone noted how much NICER my other HDPE furniture is in comparison I contacted the seller, provided a list of issues and requested (PRE PAID RETURN LABELS, WITH PICKUP SERVICE and a FULL REFUND. Sellers response was numerous excuses, and for the damaged armrest piece I cut my finger on she said “The damage didn’t affect the function of the chair” and offered $15 I responded to that message and again requested the return labels as before. The next reply was I would have to pay for the return shipping $30 per chair, $30 pickup service per chair and offered $60. I responded with the exact same request for the FULL REFUND. Many others have stated this Seller is extremely difficult to get any positive service from. Regardless if it’s a missing part, damage or anything. Check out the pics I’ve included in this review.
