I received my 2 chairs in a timely manner, they were as described, sturdy and comfortable. A few days after receiving the chairs, one of them was malfunctioning to where the seat wouldn't go to flat position so that you could get out of it. My daughter in law was sitting on it with the baby and when she went to get up it folded up on them leaving them stuck, my son had to get them out. I reached out to the company, they responded quickly, they were apologetic and immediately offered either a full refund or a replacement. I really liked the chairs and wanted to give them a chance to correct it so I opted for a replacement. They told me not to return the malfunctioning chair and that they would be sending 2 new ones. This was a great deal for 2 chairs. I have a back injury and needed something to sit in my living room and take the pressure off of my back. This works great for that! I love that the head rest is adjustable and makes it pretty comfy. I also like the little tray that attaches. It is easy to put in and take off. Since it’s a removable tray I wouldn’t put a plate of food or anything fairly heavy on it as it probably wouldn’t support it well. It’s nice for a drink, the tv remote and cell phone. Things I wish I had known prior to purchasing: The metal bar where your feet go is very uncomfortable. A pool noodle is a really easy fix for this. There are knobs to turn on each side of the chair under the arm rests. These are supposed to lock the chair in place. They do not work very well. Many times I get myself into position, lock it, and after a couple of minutes the chair starts sitting back up. It did the same for my husband. These chairs are sturdy and light weight for easy handling. The chairs are so comfortable we placed one inside our home for therapeutic relaxation. The zero gravity position is excellent for gathering vitamin D from the sun to fortify our immune system. Love how comfortable these chairs are. The only draw back is there is not a lock or safety latch to contain when folded or carrying. Also these chairs are substancial, and are heavy. So carrying these chairs long distances is difficult. We used them for camping and found them near the comfort level of a hammock, so that says a lot. The cup holder is very handy as well. Let me tell you about the Best Choice Products Set of 2 Adjustable Steel Mesh Zero Gravity Lounge Chair Recliners. I recently bought these chairs for a family vacation and they were the star of the show! First of all, the chairs were super easy to set up. All we had to do was take them out of the box, unfold them, and snap on the cup holder trays. We were all lounging in no time! The steel mesh material of the chairs was also a major plus - it kept us cool on a hot summer day and was surprisingly comfortable to sit on. But the real magic of these chairs was in their zero gravity reclining feature. With a simple push back, we were able to lay completely flat and feel weightless. It was like floating on a cloud! And let me tell you, we all took full advantage of this feature. We spent hours lounging in these chairs, taking turns pushing each other back and forth like we were astronauts in training. And the pillows! Don't even get me started on the pillows. They were the perfect addition to these chairs, providing just the right amount of head and neck support. I even caught my dad sneaking one of the pillows away to use as a travel pillow on the plane ride home. But the best part of these chairs? The cup holder trays. I mean, who doesn't love a good cup holder? These trays were the perfect size for our drinks and snacks, and were even sturdy enough to hold a tablet or phone. We were able to relax and watch movies on our devices while enjoying the beautiful scenery around us. One thing I have to mention is how sturdy these chairs are. I was a little worried about their durability since they were so lightweight, but they held up surprisingly well. The steel frame felt sturdy and strong, and there was no wobbling or tipping even when we were pushing the chairs back and forth. Another thing worth noting is the sleek design of these chairs. The black steel frame and mesh material gave them a modern and stylish look that fit in perfectly with our beach vacation aesthetic. And with the added bonus of the cup holder trays and pillows, these chairs were both functional and fashionable. I also appreciated the adjustable feature of the chairs. We were able to easily adjust the recline angle to find the perfect position for each of us. And with the locking mechanism, we didn't have to worry about accidentally falling back too far. It was a nice touch that made these chairs even more comfortable and customizable. I have to give a shoutout to the customer service at Best Choice Products. When we first received our chairs, one of the cup holder trays was missing. I reached out to their customer service and within a few days, they had sent us a replacement tray free of charge. Their quick and helpful response made the whole buying experience even better. Since we enjoyed these chairs so much on our vacation, we decided to bring them back home with us. They've become a staple in our backyard and we love using them for everything from reading a book in the sun to stargazing at night. I also have to mention how easy these chairs are to store. They fold up compactly and can be easily stored in a garage or closet. We don't have a lot of storage space in our house, so this was a major selling point for us. One small downside I have to mention is that the cup holder trays can be a bit difficult to snap on and off. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but it can be a little frustrating if you're trying to quickly remove the trays to fold up the chairs. Overall, I would give these chairs a 5 out of 5 stars. They were easy to set up, comfortable, and provided hours of entertainment for our family. Plus, they were the envy of all the other beach-goers around us.
