I go to a lot of estate sales; I have never seen a plate like this. Flowered plates have a very low appeal in estate sales, but these are larger graphics and bright colors and I find them contemporary and fun. These would be a nice gift. And they will brighten a table setting.

The 12 pieces of plates and bowls are worth the price. They look very vivid and the porcelain feels sturdy. I like how the butterflies are designed and painted although the color may seem too bright-colored to my friend who likes light colors better. Anyway, I'm satisfied with these dinnerware sets.
