This has been a great addition to the bed. We had bought a bed frame that sat lower than we expected so getting it to sit higher was the goal and these helped accomplish that. Now there has to be a little hop to get on the bed but I love it.high beds are my favorite. These haven't felt like they were going to break at all. They're a really hard plastic and the tops have a dip where the feet of the bed sit. The only downside is that since it's a queen size mattress, it has more feet than the 4 corners so we had to find some bricks to hold up the feet that didn't get the lifts. Other than that, they are exactly what one needs if you're trying to lif your bed and super easy to set up.

Did not like how they looked so I turned them over and screwed then into my chair, love seat, and sofa. Upside down they look a lot better. Seem to be sturdy and working well. Furniture was so low that I had issues getting up. Now everything works well.
