I bought this tri-color PLA for some prints that I am currently working on, and I must say that I am liking this filament. I have been using Kingroon PLA (and other filaments) almost exclusively for a couple of months now, so when someone asked me to do some prints with multi-color filament, I jumped on the chance to buy this filament and see what it could do. Like all Kingroon filaments, I found myself please with not only the quality of product in my purchase, but the prints are just amazing. I printed a bunch of little dinosaur toys with this filament, and each angle you look at the prints shows a different color, rotating between the Red, Blue and Yellow silk pigmentation as you rotate the prints. Kingroon, you have done it again and given me more reason to keep Kingroon filaments in stock for my everyday printing, and introduced me to yet another wonderful product of yours. I hope we get to see some modified filaments soon from Kingroon (i.e. wood/metal/stone fiber mixed filaments), as I expect those will be just as great as their other plastics. *please forgive the 'zits' in these example photos... my other printer broke while doing these prints and I was still working through the settings of the new printer and slicer when I made these. Other prints came out a lot better, but due to timelines to get product out the door, I forgot to take photos of those ones.... rest assured, they looked WAY better than these initials ones I did. Edit: Uploaded a better picture (turtles) of one of the prints after I played with settings and got most of the seams cleaned up.

The filament printed well enough, adhered to the bed well enough and looked pretty good. I fired off a 14+ hour print right after I got it without doing any particular testing or tuning, just using my standard PLA settings and only had a slight issue on a section that really should have had some support. All in all good. The colors looked good, but I had not noticed that is was multicolored stuck together as opposed to multicolored changing over time, so the effect was not exactly what I had hoped for, but it works well enough in my application.

Color: 10kg Different Tricolors
*Updated review* For a while this stuff was my go to for dual and tricolor filament, but their QC seems to have dropped to near zero. at this point I've gone through 3 of their 10 packs in the past 2 months. The first had 2 bad spools in it, the second had one, and in the third I have yet to find anything that'll actually print for more than a few hours without jamming due to the extreme variation in the width of the filament. Because of the good experiences I've had in the past I gave this brand a few chances, but when you have to return over $500 I think its time to call it, I'm not sure if the stuff they put in the 10 packs is worse than the single rolls, but it definitely seems like it. Hopefully the quality of their product improves in the future. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Old review* I really like this stuff, Kingroon has some of the most reasonably priced dual, and tricolor filaments I've found and the print quality is consistently good with only a little bit of drying. However recently I've been running into issues where about 10-20 times per spool the filament will be wound so that it pinches between the spool and the the inner wound layer causing it to snag and be unable to feed. It hasn't caused the filament to break, but it has snagged hard enough that my filament dryer has been pulled out of place. If i was using this on a printer without a filament sensor in the extruder this issue would have caused nearly every print from the last 12 or so spools to fail. Hopefully they'll get the problem under control soon, I'd really like to not have to babysit the filament spool all day.

Love the color transition. This is another color filament I will keep stock. This print is approximately 5" tall and i got a great range of the gradient colors in it. Printed flawlessly on my Bambu X1C running through AMS unit. This was my first time using Kingroon brand PLA and I'm very happy with the color and quality. I will definitely try some of their other awesome colors.
