The media could not be loaded. A DO NOT BUY UPDATE: The company was nice enough to send me another one at no charge, and the EXACT same thing happened, it only lasted 2 weeks before the controls stopped working. This Kingjoy(less) massager lasted just over a month with very little use, DO NOT BUY! I went to turn it on today and it doesn’t respond (see video). It gets power and responds with the start up movements, but that’s all that happens as the connected controller is dead. It has been failing the last few days of use as it would stay on, but the controller stopped working and I had no control over the massager. I had to unplug it to turn it off. Too bad, it brought me some very much needed relief, albeit for a very short period of time.

This back massager works well, but the balls do not spin for a full massage as shown in the pictures. These simply move up and down. The spot massage moves up and down in a small area. I purchase with the intention of getting a massage that did all the things. Although I am disappointed with the function, it does help to work out the kinks, just not as well as I would have liked. I do enjoy the heat, that really helps to loosen the muscles. It is also short. I am 5'6", when sitting it covers 3/4 of may back and I have to move it to target different areas. I do like the intensity settings. There are three intensities. Since I have a lot of tension right now, I use the high intensity. I like that the remote lights in different colors for the different functions.

I really needed to relax my muscles as they get so tight after working. Between the heat and the massaging it really helps ease and relax them. It is super easy to use. I just put it on my chair while working, watching TV etc... I like the different modes and intensities you can choose from. The quality seems nice and durable without that horrible smell. Great value for my money.
