The media could not be loaded. My kitty loves this water fountain! She won’t drink from stainless so was happy this came in white to match. It is sturdy, durable, and easy to clean and change filter. No outlet, no worries! Love that it is wireless so I can put it anywhere! It holds a charge for a minimum of a month when on the sensor setting. Simple to just plug it in to recharge. It is very quiet! She was very curious but it took about a week for her to drink from it. That is the way she is when I introduce new things to her. Great value and worth every penny to keep my fur baby healthy.

I rarely do this, but I'm changing my review to 5 stars. After I posted my original review, the company contacted me and completely stood behind their product, which we really appreciate. I think the battery in my original fountain was just a dud. They sent me a free replacement, and it's working great! Not only that, but our cat seems very happy to have this fountain back! He's picky about fountains and some of the other kinds he won't use at all. But he used this one immediately when I got it set up. This is my favorite pet fountain we've ever had, and I've been using them for my cats for over 15 years. Since it's wireless, it's SO convenient. You can put it almost anywhere and just pick it up to clean or move it without struggling with cords. Charging it is really easy. Also, it's quiet and the motion sensor works great. ============== ORIGINAL REVIEW: Stopped working 5 weeks after it arrived. This fountain stopped working 1 week after the return window expired. The battery appeared to need charging, so I charged it according to the instructions just as I had done before. But when I placed it back in the fountain it simply wouldn't come on anymore. Now it's useless to my kitty. What a total waste of money.

Very Quiet, rechargeable. I like the options for the timer or motion detector. I use motion detector most of the time. Don't let water sit too many days. Even though the water recycles, and there is a filter, it is not fresh, and kitties like fresh water! My kitties love this device. I have two of them (kitties and water fountains). :)

Easy to use, battery lasted a long time between charges. Had this fountain for about a year and a half before the motor blew so I guess that’s not too bad. Holds a lot of water which is great for a cat that needs to play in it while he’s drinking. Replacement filters are reasonably priced and easy to change. Overall not a bad little fountain

I bought this because it was rechargeable and I could keep it in the shower to prevent the Bengal cat from splashing water on my floor. It has worked perfectly for over a year. Then the last time I charged it, no water would come out. (A very distraught cat!). I contacted DownyPaws through Amazon, receiving an immediate replay. They offered a Fix, and it worked, easy as can be. Water is flowing the cats are relieved. Wondered customer service to a great product!!! Highly recommend this quiet, easy clean, and reliable cat waterer.

This fountain has a defective design for the connection that feeds water from the reservoir to the water tray. The seal (or lack of thereof) between the soft plastic tube that feeds the water to the tube within the battery pack is NON-EXISTING and thus the water never makes it to the water tray. The pump pulls the water but it goes back into the water reservoir. You have to wiggle the battery pack to pray and hope that you get a good seal and if it does then yes the water works nicely but I am done trying to make this work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The manufacture claims to have addressed this issue but I just try to install a brand new fountain and I encountered the same problem and can not get it to work. IT IS GOIJNG IN THE TRASH!!!!!!
