I couldn’t be happier with this Gazebo! We set it up in our backyard, and it instantly transformed the space into a cozy outdoor retreat. Cheaply made, hard as he** to assemble, TERRIBLE instructions. Definitely need a drill. Ridiculous to think this could be built with an allen wrench. Some dented, twisted pieces. Some holes not completely bored. Some parts mislabeled. The curtains are nice but they do not hang nor pullback as shown. It's so pretty to look at from a distance and my hope is it will last long enough that my kids will see it when they come to visit in two weeks. Fingers crossed no storms until then or it will be blown away. Maybe worth the money but not worth the time and effort to build. Update: Changed from 2 stars to 3 because I received a response to my review offering a full refund. I did not accept as we are using the gazebo and it looks beautiful. I appreciate good customer service but warning: this thing is not easy to put together.

Buyer beware. The screw packet was not labeled for the 40 different types of screws. Parts are mislabeled. Wrong parts sent. Parts do not fit. I’ve had to drill out pre drilled holes because they aren’t big enough for the screws that are supposed to fit. (It’s the screw called X3. It doesn’t fit anywhere in this thing and it’s in multiple parts. I’ve emailed the outlook team mail box of the manufacturer about the missing parts. They said they will check with the factory. If they resolve this quickly, will update the review. Update 7/25/25 The seller has been responsive but could not get us the missing parts. The seller did refund the full amount we paid. I have updated our review from a 1 star to a 4 star only because the customer service was good and a refund was given. However, the product is still garbage.
