    • No springs in this box.
Color: 5 Inch Size: Queen
Bed platform, no springs. Solid metal, no plastic, except for non-structural tube caps. Assembly required. This could be the first Asian import item, requiring mechanical assembly, that I had absolutely no issues with. Precisely made, with good fit and finish. Strong, but not excessively heavy. Fit in the bed frame perfectly. The frame has a nice, black, powder coating. The cover is cheap, so if it shows, you may need a bed ruffle to dress it up. With our bed, the side boards hid the sides of the cover, and the mattress covered the top. No problem. Directions for assembly are not bad. The hardware is sorted and packaged. The required Hex Key wrench is supplied. Hand tighten with the supplied wrench only, or you may strip the fastener threads. ... show more

    • Surprisingly easy to assemble and sturdy
Color: 5 Inch Size: Queen
I needed a lower profile box spring for my guest room queen bed. This one was easy to order, assemble and very sturdy. My traditional wood box spring became noisy/crunchy and just didn't feel like it was a good solid support for my new mattress. So glad the new metal ones are much more solid. It also fit into the traditional queen bed rails as well. I'm going to order a King one next. ... show more

    • Worked for using a wooden headboard and footboard
Color: 5 Inch Size: Queen
We were trying to attach a new metal bedframe to an older wooden headboard and footboard. The bracket which the other company said would work with the metal frame did not even though it was made by the same company. We have a small stairway so we couldn't fit a traditional queen size box spring. I checked to see if they made box springs similar to the metal bed frame and found this one. We took down the metal frame and then assembled this frame in about 40 minutes. The assembly was not hard and no extra tools were necessary. This frame laid perfectly in the original bed rails and supports our new mattress very well. So far no noise. The only improvement I would recommend is to highlight the frame part on the instruction page (in a different color) so you can see what to do in each step. I would recommend this box spring if you are trying to use a wooden headboard and footboard. ... show more

    • Economical solution for bedding support
Color: 5 Inch Size: Full
Review Image by Sonia Cunha-Goldner Sonia Cunha-Goldner
This box spring was an economical and easy replacement for a broken bed support. It was packed very well, but there was one flange that was bent in the factory before being painted that we had to straighten with a hammer in order to put in the second screw in the assembly. After that fix, it was easy to assemble. Everything was labeled well, and the instructions were easy to understand. ... show more

    • Easy to assemble and nicely made.
Color: 7 Inch Size: Queen
Purchased this as a foundation for a memory foam mattress. The assembly instructions are similar to what you find for Ikea items, but were not hard to follow. Everything fit together perfectly. The cover is pretty high quality.

    • easy assembly
Color: 7 Inch Size: King
first base ordered had mix matched parts in the box. After returning and reordering the second product was fine. The instructions are easy to follow pictures. All tools and screws are included. Estimated 30 minutes from unboxing to putting in place on the bed frame. Sturdy and seems to be a fine product. ... show more
