This box came intact no problem delivered by FedEx. The instructions were very well written. It was very easy to assemble. They gave you the tools all of the bolts end clips fit perfectly without having to force them and the motors were nice and heavy duty so they don’t make noise when you use them and there’s a good cover that goes over the top that hides the mechanism so you don’t accidentally drop something in there and it fits inside my existing bedframe perfectly I recommend it. It doesn’t squeak and it’s stable. The height is great exactly where I wanted it. The mattress does not move on there because of the base bar and the build quality is very high.

--- UPDATE --- For the price, I can wholeheartedly say this is a great deal. I read all the other reviews and concluded the negative reviews are mostly egregiously unfair. I'm an owner of the Temperpedic adjustable frames and mattresses, therefore I can speak from experience about these expectations. 1. The base model of a temperpedic adjustable frame "Classic Comfort" is $900 which is very similar to this product. 2. The difference between this product and retail is in the luxury of service (e.g., white glove installation). When I purchased the temperpedic adjustable frames, they were always shipped and installed by the vendor. However, as you can guess, the shipping and installation is already included into the $900 price tag. 3. The remote control is the exact style as the Temperpedic adjustable frame base model, except this product includes a flashlight. 4. This product is a do-it-yourself project. If you can complete a medium to large Lego kit 100% correctly, then you can complete these instructions too. I occasionally messed up but backtracked my mistakes and fixed them. The instructions are correct, just make sure you are carefully inspecting it. Some pieces look the same upside down but they're not. There is a subtle difference. 5. The price is a major positive for this product. I saved about $600. I've used the bedframe for many months now. In short, this is the most sturdy and silent bed frame I've ever had. I've jumped on it so many times to John Cena's theme song. I broke another bed once doing this but this product will not give up. Not even the bolts are loosened up yet. No creeks when laying down because the frame is built like a tank, strong and resilient. The only downside I can see from this product is buyer's remorse. At all mattress and furniture stores I've been at, they've only showcased the premium temperpedic adjustable bed frames (e.g., vibrating, more adjustments, lighting, programmable). I've never seen the base model on display and the sales team hid it from me every time. This played with my expectations when I first got this product, because I kept comparing it to the premium temperpedic models which are $1800-$2000+. Anyways, hope you like it as much as I did. Its an introductory bed frame with great durability and value, if you can manage assembling it yourself. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- So far, I’m still playing around with it. I’m using it with a temperpedic mattress and it can definitely hold up. The metal on this build is thick and sturdy. It's the kind of bed setup which feels like it will never creek the bed frame. We have both the temperpedic adjustable frame and this product. I’ll post updates to compare both once I get enough sleep and experience with this product. Thus far, my experience with this product would categorize this for the smart buyer. It has the essentials, great quality, and a great first buy before jumping into something as luxurious as the highest model in the temperpedic adjustable frames (e.g. vibrating).

I and my wife have used a twin size bed frames and a mattress each. But they got too old and to save space, we decided to buy a new queen size frame and mattress. our current bed frame is a metal type, so this adjustable type frame is familiar with us. This item has a competitive price and all functions I need except USB charging ports. But the ports are not essential to me. Arrived box was so heavy enough to need 2 persons to handle it and if you move upstairs, open the box and move it part by part. But heavier weight means more sturdiness, not bad news at all to me. When I look at the manual to assemble, it made me nervous little bit. But every part is attached by character, sticker like A, B, C and the Manual includes detailed figures and descriptions. So I and my son could put together without serious difficulties. I guess that the assembly difficulty level is almost same as regular I**A furniture. Included parts and accessories, existing holes and without any additional parts or process to adjust are enough to complete. The operation noise is less loud than my expectation. I am satisfied with this frame overall.

First Impressions This is my first adjustable bed frame. Before ordering it I wasn't sure what to expect. Looking at many of the different bed frames they appeared to use flimsy metal and could possibly not be sturdy. However, even before opening the box, I was pretty confident this one would be okay. The package was about 70 lb and it was solid. The item was very well packaged. There was some foam to protect the corners, heavy duty zip ties to prevent things from shifting, and even bolts attached specifically for shipping. This thing wasn't going to move anywhere. Installation Putting this thing together was pretty simple. The instructions were unexpectedly very well put together. I was able to assemble it in about 35 minutes by myself. It was packaged with additional nuts, bolts, and washers in case you happened to misplace any. Using the Base I have a solid wood platform bed that is about 10 in off the ground. My bed would sit in this platform. The thing I noticed after this was put together was that the adjustable base was about 6 in higher than where my bed was normally situated. Because of this the bed it looked like it was floating above my existing bed frame. I took off the legs of the frame and stuck on some non scuff adhesive pads across the bottom. This dropped the height by about 4 to 5 inches. Now the bed still floats a little bit but I think I could get around this. Perhaps with a skirt or maybe put some feet on my bed frame. I'm okay with this. Regarding the adjustability its movement is slow and steady. It takes about 25 seconds for the head and the legs to adjust to their fully extended position. That seemed really slow at first. However, with three small children I see this as a positive as it's less likely that they're going to get hurt from this thing moving and them getting caught or stuck or something like that. I have a really heavy memory foam mattress that this is able to deadly move up and down without any issues. Again, this bed frame is still very solid and is actually more stable than the wooden planks that my bed sat on before. One unexpected bonus of this frame being super sturdy is that now I can leverage the space below as storage area; something I wasn't able to do before. Items for improvement The main gripe I have is that the back pivots up about 3 ft in from the end of the mattress. This puts me 3 ft closer to my TV from where I was before. I used to use a wedge and had a comfortable distance between my position and the TV. I'm not sure if this is a feature on other bases (which may be more expensive) but it would be awesome if the base could also slide back about at least foot while in a raised position so that it has a more balanced position in the room. Now for under $350 I wouldn't expect that of this product. The other gripe I have is in regards to the height. I wish it was a bit more adjustable at least 2 in shorter and maybe even stackable feet to accommodate for taller bed frames. Third, a nice to have is if the remote had a button that could fully extend the head or the legs without having to hold the button down for the whole time. Overall, I think this was a great purchase. The cost is great. The fit within my existing bed frame was good. It is extremely sturdy. I'm glad to have made the purchase.
