The adhesive is reasonably solid. I've worn it in the shower and on high friction/high moisture areas and it works quite well. It doesn't have a super stretch but if you use this often you know that extra stretch causes blistering which happened often with previous brands I've tried so this keeps me from getting over zealous and I've had much less issue with it.
