I love it! And I would buy it over and over again! I had one little mishap with the signal not wanting to continue connecting but luckily I was able to reach out to customer service and was assisted by Gloria. I was first given step by step instructions on how to reconnect the signal, which worked for a while but the signal than began to fade in and out due to the antenna being broken. When i reached back out to customer service to see if I could purchase the monitor alone, I was offer a solution to completely replace and ship a whole new set. This item is a 10/10 for me, especially with customer service being so prompt and helpful with resolving the issue. This baby monitor is the bomb! Picture is nice and clear on the monitor.The camera rotates perfectly by use of the monitor and the microphone works perfectly telling the two-year-old to get back in bed, lol

Works well in short distance areas. The camera quality isn't high def or anything but you're able to see what you need to see. I love that you're able to zoom in or out, and also able to move the camera around from the screen remote when you need to look around the room or in another area. Being able to talk to your baby with the 2 way talk option is also a huge plus. The night vision is okay, not great but again I wouldn't think you'd have your baby in a pitch black room so with the help of a little night light it works great. Sometimes it lays but not bad at all. Battery life on the screen lasts quite a while. Over all I think what you get for the price is a great deal and if I were to do it all over again I'd purchase this same camera. ... show more

I brought this monitor almost 2 years ago and one day it just stopped charging, so I brought another charger off of Amazon and it still wouldn’t charge so I reached out to the company to let them know what had happened so they could possibly help me fix the problem. They asked me a few questions had me send in a video and next thing you know they asked if they could send me another monitor free of charge ! Excellent customer service especially because I wasn’t looking for a new monitor just wanted help troubleshooting my current one, mind you this is almost 2 years later! Terrible picture quality! Awful. Cannot see my child at all. It’s just a grainy, indecipherable mess. When I first got this monitor I liked it. With life moving super fast and no time to give to thoroughly inspecting a product, I can’t really say whether this was an oversight on my part or if something went wrong with this thing…I just don’t know. All I know is when I first got it, I was happy, but for the majority of my time having it, it has been virtually useless. Picture quality is so terrible, we can’t tell what’s sheets vs baby. I think what may have happened was at the time we got this one I mainly needed it for watching the baby while she played in her bassinet and I was moving around the house. But as she’s gotten older and I need it more for watching her during naps and nighttime, I’m depending on night mode, and that’s the rub. The night vision is UTTER trash. This was not our primary monitor/camera. It was meant to be a backup. But here I am waiting for warranty to replace our primary monitor, forcing me to lean on this monitor to hold us and it’s just awful. I set up the camera on the wall mere inches directly above her head so that I can see her. But it’s also now too close. So if she moves in her sleep, I have to move the camera around to find her. It can’t zoom out only in…uggh…worst waste of my hard earned in a long while. Confounded by the many reviews giving picture quality such high marks. Confounded. Did I get a dud? I don’t know how that’s the case. But, I’m confused. The quality of my monitor isn’t up for debate. Anyone with eyes would agree this is trash. ... show more

We've had one unit since Sept 2022 and one since November 2023. I love the parent unit and being able to switch between both cameras. The sound stopped coming through on our parent unit so I reached out to customer support. They requested we show the issue on the unit and promptly sent us a new one.
