Purchases June 2022. Tablet would die after 15 min company replaced tablet because of bad battery. Second tablet worked great until around April 2023 when it froze up company replaced tablet but took some time. Received 3rd tablet seem to be working but had some bubble looking things under the screen after 2 weeks stopped working reserched it others were told from this company that from being in their factory warehouse could gotten some condensation which fried it after some charging. Company will not respond to emails has a 2 year worry free warranty guarantee which still has until June of 2024 guess that don't honor the full warranty.

Received a tablet with odd lines on the display, visible whether powered off or on. Peeled off the screen protector, but it's in the glass. The manufacturer sent me a replacement - just received it and it has the exact same defect. Maybe there's some purpose to these lines that i don't understand...? I contacted JREN again, we'll see how that goes. This would otherwise be a decent tablet for the money. I used the first one for a day during the 3 weeks I waited for a replacement. Battery life is pretty good, performance is what I'd expect for the price. But they're making them with odd, parallel lines across the displays I guess. UPDATED - Seller contacted me again and arranged for a third tablet to be sent. It still has the lines on the screen, though much more faint than the first two. If I wasn't looking for it, and this was the first tablet I received, I may never have noticed it. JREN said the lines were caused by excess moisture in the Amazon warehouse, but I work in electronics manufacturing and don't really buy that. It seems very much like a defect in the glass manufacturing that wasn't caught by QA/QC. After a few months, i'll say this is a decent tablet for the price (if the glass isn't defective). It performs well enough for my mostly light-duty use. One very annoying thing is that some Android features are completely blocked. For example, you can't enable Draw Over Other Apps / App Overlay special access - the tablet says it's disabled by the manufacturer to prevent performance issues. From what I can tell, there's no way to root it and remove that block. If I want to enable something that may sacrifice performance, that should be my decision as the owner of the product. So, it is what it is, buy it if you want. But you can rest assured that the manufacturer will reach out to you and do what they can to make it right if you receive a wholly defective item - at least that's been my experience.

Purchased this item as it seemed like a good value. Now 6 months later, tablet will not turn on, even when charged. and, since this product is from China, cannot find a website or any other contact information to attempt to get some satisfaction on this. Spend the extra money to get a reliable device. This one is garbage. UPDATE: After writing this review, Jren reached out to me and sent me a replacement tablet. I have no idea if it will last any longer than the first one, but I do appreciate the replacement.

I definitely buy it again. Bought this for Christmas for my kids. Its now April and it won't charge. I've tried several different chargers..

The media could not be loaded. Not only do we want affordable tablets but reliable ones too. In my opinion, there is never a better time to get a big tablet. Big tablets are better for entertainment, productivity, and gaming. While they may be heavier than small tablets, they make up for better handling, usability, ergonomics, and visibility. The Jren with 10.1-inch Full HD IPS display is both thin at 0.31 inch and light, weighing only 1.81 grams. It may not have the super-narrow bezels found on newer tablets but is wrapped in a symmetrical metal body. Designed to consume content, especially videos, excels on both display quality and sound. The Full HD IPS display uses the 16:10 aspect ratio making it suitable for videos as well as browsing. At the same time, the dual speaker pumps out enough volume for an immersive cinematic experience. It is also not cutting corners on performance. The Jren J10 uses an octa-core 64-bit processor that clocks up to 1.6GHz. Together with a spacious 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, it will load apps quickly and allow you to switch between them easily while consuming less power. Other features include the 5MP selfie camera and 13MP rear lens, 600” mAh capacity battery, and Android 10. Having been around for a while, it features a micro USB connector. Pro: -Battery Life lasted 6 hours with Youtube -Zero Bloatware, the only apps on this device that are preinstalled is Youtube and a few Google essential apps -Rear and Front camera performs springily well in low light settings -Fast and snappy so far, device manages to stay cool even when streaming a 1080P video on youtube. Note that it cannot play 4K videos on Youtube. -Will be perfect for those who are just using this to take notes, browse the web, or watch 1080P videos. -Lightweight Cons: -Speakers can use some improvement, I'm not a fan of bottom firing speakers, they sound cheap but that is to be expected from a device of this budget. -Screen Brightness even when Max isn't all that bright in a room with a moderate amount of sunlight however in the dark, or dimmer room , it's fine. In the photo comparison above, I paused 3 devices while watching a video in 1080P in order to compare the image quality. Jiren J10 (Left) vs iPhone 12 Max (Top right) vs LG G6 (Top Bottom). You can judge them yourself.
